Meteor 350 BS6 Highlights:
The newly launched Royal Enfield Meteor 350 replaces the Thunderbird 350X in the company’s product portfolio, and it uses the manufacturer’s all-new J platform. Royal Enfield offers the new Meteor 350 in three variants - Fireball, Stellar, and Supernova.
The overall design features a quintessential cruiser stance. The styling cues are similar to the Thunderbird 350X, and the new Meteor 350 packs feature such as a circular headlamp with LED DRL, a USB charger, a peanut-shaped fuel tank, a pulled-back handlebar, swooping rear fender, and an LED taillight. The motorcycle also gets a semi-digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation functions.
Imperiale 400 BS6 Highlights:
The Imperiale 400 is Benelli’s modern-retro motorcycle that goes against the likes of the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Jawa Standard. The Imperiale 400’s price is higher than its rivals, which went further high during the BS6 transition. However, Benelli recently reduced its price by Rs 10,000 by increasing the degree of localization in its production.
In terms of design, the Imperiale is a quintessential vintage bike with a round headlamp with a chrome casing flanked by round, chrome finished turn indicators. It also gets more chrome on the tail lamp, mirrors, levers, and spoke wheels. It is built around a steel double cradle frame that holds a peanut-shaped fuel tank and a split-seat setup. Benelli has equipped the bike with a twin-pod instrument cluster with chrome bezels that give it a retro look.

All depends on your height, Benelli is tall in the seat you sit on and the Enfield you sit in! The two are similar in most things but the Meteor has greater fuel range and higher comfort for me the Meteor wins, just? Are you performance values taken from the speedos?
The Meteor looks way better though I prefer the Imperial clocks

i like more the looks on the Imperiale, and the larger engine would also means a better sustained cruise speed and response on heavy (2 pasenger) load.
The Meteor has a really improved consumption and range.
I don't find bluetooth so compelling since there are small add-ons that can be added for really low price.
What i do consider a feature to be taken into account is the alloy wheels on the Meteor, the whire spokes wheels on Benelli will eventually require maintenance which adds to the job the user needs to put on the motorcycle.
That being said, i do like more the Imperiale's looks by a lot, so when the time comes (and it will eventually) i'll pick the Benelli one

Benelli 80 mpg even during running, gear change no issues, performance is good smoother, brakes good, faster bigger bike overall
I have just bought a 2021 model Benelli getting to grips with it as so much lighter than my BMW. Currently running it in and will do a video soon.
I hear Honda are launching a CB350 for the Indian market, to compete directly with the Meteor reviewed here. It would be interesting to see a comparative review of these bikes.

Almost the same
RE should build bobber now, anyhow their pillion seat is not at all comfortable 😅😅😅
I love the look of the Benelli. But my experience of Chinese parts is that they rust quickly.
Maybe this bike has higher quality parts but my last bike was a rust bucket with parts made out of what we call monkey metal here.
But I expect something like a cruiser 400 from Benelli! It would be fun 🤩 bcoz Benelli has longer stroke than RE!
Myself RE 500cc user Meteor is excellent But I feel no thump! But very modern and refined Good for new RE users ..
Two motorcycles are nice!!!
Benelli is Italian in the same way that Royal Enfield is British!

@@barry5101 iPhones are made in China, Volvo is also no more Swedish. It belongs to Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co., Ltd (ZGH), commonly known as Geely, as well as Benelli. And yes, Geely is not a small homemade company.
It is Italian designed. Manufactured in China and assembled in whichever country its sold in.
