If it weren’t for the magic of CZcams there’s a good chance I would have never heard this song for the rest of my life....if it weren’t for this platform our memories would die with us.

I remember having this on VHS and watching it was a kid love this movie as a kid Flintstones will still be a cult classic for future generations to come.
I agree with the comments below. This song brings back childhood memories for me. The movie was one of my favorites as a child. This and "Hey There It's Yogi Bear". I remember always asking my parents to check and see if one of those movies was coming on. Lol
I have a core memory of this song after I've watched the movie once in my childhood, this core memory striked me out of nowere half an hour ago and I'm glad it did, I wish to wake up and all of this to be just a nightmare, I wish to be a kid again, I tickle toddle wish to overcome all my bad habits and change them with good habits, mabey then life will start to look brighter again
Georg Collins What's touching about it is it's a reminder of the innocence of young childhood. Now that I'm a father of two young children, this scene/song really hits home (especially considering that in the movie, Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm were completely unaware that the world nearly came to an end).
Georg Collins But even to a very young child today, 9/11 doesn't mean anything because they aren't old enough to relate to it. This song is about the beautiful innocence of young children, regardless of the era.
CUTE SONG, BEAUTIFUL ANIMATION ☺ Since they've already done Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm as teenagers, then as young adults, why couldn't they have done a series with them either as kids or as preteens? I think it would've made a pretty nifty concept.
Back in the 90s, we got Cave Kids, which features Pebbles, Bamm-Bamm, & Dino. The original 4 (Fred, Wilma, Barney, & Betty) are completely absent from that show.
The Flintstones is definitely worth checking out. The series will have you howling with laughter. Even the 1994 movie is a faithful adaptation of the animated series.
WHEW!!!!!....... I thought it was just me. I'm unable to listen to the entire song without shedding a tear (I'm sure it wasn't the intent of the people who created this song to make it sad).
A Man Called Flintstone was a special or a movie right ? Don't think I ever saw it. Only posting this for fun. When I first saw the title I thought it was Tinkle Toddle. :-P.
Love this song but your version isn't playing. Always broke me this song as happy memories of being little going to pictures with my late brother and our childhood friends. Sneaking outside the emergency door and then keeping it open and going back in to watch it twice. Happy days and who has the Kleenex? So would love a copy of this movie. x
There was a stereo mix released in 1997 on the CD _Billboard Presents: Family Lullaby Classics: Film & TV Songs_ The performers are credited as The Hanna-Barbera Singers.
I guess that it's a good thing that Fred, Wilma, Barney, & Betty didn't notice Pebbles & Bamm-Bamm singing this time. Otherwise, these 2 would've become famous singers again like how they did in "No Biz like Show Biz."
I have no idea, but Pebbles singing is something we've seen before. There's an episode of the tv series where she & Bamm-Bamm sing "Open Up Your Heart (& Let the Sunshine In)."
To be honest I think people like this show less for the show more for the memories that the show reminds them of so please don't talk down today's shows because some day no matter the cartoon they will say how great it is because of the memories that co-exist with the memories of the show just on my mind thank you for your time
Thank you! I have been looking for this song for a long time. I have sung it to my kids all their life. Now they get to hear the original. They always thought I made it up. lol
The same kids sing “Someday When I’m Grown Up” later in the film. Does anyone know who did the singing? They don’t seem to be credited in the film itself.

I haven’t seen this in 40 years. It made me cry when I was 10 and it’s making me cry at 52.

It's not just you ... I cry when I listen to this song ... my dear childhood that will never come back

You're welcome. I had been looking for it for quite a long time too.
Im 37 now and still tear Up at this song
As a kid at heart, I will NEVER GROW UP!!! That what this song taught me 💕💗💙
All right all right

Pebbles: I know a way to make wishes come true
Easy as climbing a tree
Just close your eyes and open your heart
Slowly repeat after me
Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm: Tickle toddle
Nickely noddle
Toodle a bell and a shoe
These are the magical words I say
When I want a wish to come true
Pebbles: I wish that I could fly higher than high
Out where tomorrow begins
I'd slide down the moonbeams
That glimmer and glow
And follow the rainbows
To see where they go
Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm: Tickle toddle
Nickely noddle
Toodle a bell and a shoe
These are the magical words I say
When I want a wish to come true
(Tickle toddle
Nickely noddle)
Bamm-Bamm: I wish that there was a circus in town
And I was the star of the show
Taming the lions is one thing I do
And right from their cage I'd be waving at you
Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm: Tickle toddle
Nickely noddle
Toodle a bell and a shoe
These are the magical words I say
And all of my wishes come true
(Tickle toddle
Nickely noddle
Toodle a bell and a shoe)
thank uu

When I was afraid as a kid, I sang this to myself til I fell asleep. What a childhood shaped by one song. Thanks for uploading it to youtube.

Since this is the 2nd time we see Pebbles & Bamm-Bamm singing, I wonder how these 2 even gained the ability to sing @ such a young age.

Please show respect for this song. It is a painfully innocent product of a carefree world that died on 9-11-01!

This song is adorable!
True, but @ the same time, it does make us wonder how these 2 gained the ability to sing perfectly @ such a young age.
