- Improve your fitness for football. Getting fit for football is a little different than just simply going out and running multiple miles at a steady pace. Instead, you are required to change speeds frequently in football which puts a different demand on the body and therefore we should train this way regularly to build our football fitness. By training your body to change speeds often for long periods of time, you will be able to mirror the running style expected on the football pitch. By using these simple exercises, you can build your match fitness when training alone so you can last 90 minutes when you get back on the pitch.

can you make video where you tell us how to play each position?.. I Know that everybody plays it differently but I would like to see how you guys think each position should be played to reach the highest potential
Well first you need to know what your good at for example, Iâm good at shooting and tough so being a striker would be the best option for me, but if you have multiple professions then I suggest watching a video about what position is best for you regardless whether you like it or not itâs still your best option
Hope you've figured out all the positions by now but it you haven't you then you have to watch football matches closely, especially matches of those player who are considered best in their respective positions...that'll help you alot
