  • Improve your fitness for football. Getting fit for football is a little different than just simply going out and running multiple miles at a steady pace. Instead, you are required to change speeds frequently in football which puts a different demand on the body and therefore we should train this way regularly to build our football fitness. By training your body to change speeds often for long periods of time, you will be able to mirror the running style expected on the football pitch. By using these simple exercises, you can build your match fitness when training alone so you can last 90 minutes when you get back on the pitch.

    I'm fit enough for 5 x 3 mins of high level kickboxing with 30 situps between rounds with no rest twice per week, yet 6 aside for the first time in a year or going for a run is really tough going 😅

      Well first you need to know what your good at for example, I’m good at shooting and tough so being a striker would be the best option for me, but if you have multiple professions then I suggest watching a video about what position is best for you regardless whether you like it or not it’s still your best option
