That guy's an expert masseuse, it actually takes a long time to properly learn proper traditional Indian head massage (and you're not suposed to do it on drunk or high people as it can be quite psychedelic, or at least releases a TON of serotonin and endorphins etc. on it's own), and this guy also saw that you needed your back loosening up and your pecs opened up a bit, and did all that from assessing your posture and on top used more modern techniques with the machine etc. too. He was a very skilled dude.
Although when the dude started finger fucking Xiao's ear with the vibrating Thanos glove thing, I couldn't help but crack up (That's a traditional point to massage, but it was like cranked up to 11 with the vibrating glove, I've never seen anything like it lol).
