I spent 28 years using. Went to rehab in 2018. Slipped up again after I came out. I'm good at the moment. One day at a time. The battle is real. The battle is hard. ✌ It's what works for you too. There's not one single way to beat addiction, there's plenty of avenues. Explore them all if you must. God bless 🙌

Fair play bro, was a bodybuilder til got spinal injury 2016 had several ops in a chair for a year had jearn walk again. Middle of it was prescribed opiods painkillers 3 years later full blown addict and my gp was my dealer basically mixed with heavy cocaine use. It was dark 3 til 4 years took me hit rock bottom before asked for help. Follow ur channels on here seem top fella best wishes

At 30 I started cleaning up my act after years of trouble and addiction, once i sussed it battling anxieties and find who I was I achieved all sorts, home owner good job i focused my bad energies into bike racing 🏍 and ended up competing top 10 at national level mixing with the names on fraction the budget .. satisfying 😊. 47 now and had re lapses and od bits of lock up but just keep keeping on I know addiction will be with me the rest of my life and something il always wrestle with but it is what it is and it's what makes you the character and force that you are 😉 all the best.
