How can you conquer others and conquer life if you can't conquer your own self, keep fighting brother your a warrior clearly,your not worthless your a good man that's clear to see, I have 4 beautiful kids and my oldest is 22 next year and even they couldn't change me for many years, what I put them through doesn't make me proud, I'm 40 now battled for 20 years the same, been drug and drink free now for nearly 9 year mate and can honestly say I've never been better physically and mentally, all the best to you Paul focus on you not others, your children are the best weapon in the battle, good luck brother stay strong and positive ❤️

I have diagnosed bipolar, manic depression is brutal mate, when on a manic low, the motivation just isn’t there, the overthinking, the racing thoughts of different problems or fantasy problems that don’t actually exist, when on a manic high, I don’t shut up, I excessively spend, buying stuff for the kids randomly, I am sociable with and can put my knowledge to use, it’s an everyday battle and right now Middlesbrough’s services for mental health are massively under budget and the amount of people who can’t get help or don’t know how to get help, is beyond a joke, and many people still don’t understand mental health, I suffered with My own for 25 years I only got diagnosed in 2019 Knowledge is power especially when it comes to your own mind

The mind is a funny old thing, nothing wrong with the shape you are in fella trust me 💪 Do you think it’s possible to burn fat and build muscle at the same time or are you strictly a Bulk or Cut method? lots of different opinions on this within the fitness industry. I’m currently eating in a slight deficit and taking a few different sarms to try and achieve this goal.
