Absolute respect to you paul you are a great combat artist and truly dedicated I pray all goes well with everything you are involved in I carry alot of guilt due to addiction and mania the family members who loved me I hurt with my actions also my closest friends I was a professional relapser no matter how many secure units I was in I constantly would think il just have a joint soon or a line and honestly I must of been sectioned around 20 odd times from the age of 28 I'm 50 now with a new philosophy I wake up and say no relapse today if I do that I'm setting myself up to not fail whereas in the past I always thought oh it's expected to relapse it be OK but that don't work for me my psychosis gets horrendous and damaging never ever ends well.
