Last year at house of paigne 19 M2k and I were playing friendlies and a random ice coffee was sitting by our set up and asked if it was mine. I said no I'm not sure who owns it, so he looks around real quick and grabs it. Taking a big sip not once, but twice then setting it down. A couple minutes later some guy came up to the set up to watch, normal. Then he grabs HIS ice coffee that m2k just sipped on. M2k knowing what's going on, trying not to laugh and me and him eye balling each other. The one and only time I met m2k and I got a LOL M2K story.

At Big House 2019, my friend and I were walking back to our hotel when we bumped into Mew2King when the venue was evacuated for a gas leak. His phone was dead, and he was just wandering around the streets. Some guy said "YO YOU DON'T WANNA GO THAT WAY", and Jason like straight up ignored him and walked in that direction.
I grabbed Mew2King and was like "where's your hotel, we can get you there".
He then was like "I'm hungry, what is there to eat?". We buy him chili despite warning him against the chili (because he doesn't have cash or something, I forget) and offered to buy him a hotdog instead. We laugh to some dumb tweets and talk and genuinely have a good time in that short half hour.
He gives me a Cliff Bar and tells me some sick Marth tips on our way to his hotel... which was sick. The morning after, I ate that cliff bar and won my first set of the day.
Dude I now always look forward to ZeRo uploads these smash stories are hilarious!

me after watching this video: oh mew2king is a joker that play melee. What a funny man.
He isnt a joker. He seems to have high level autism and just cant understand interactions with people that well.
I have the same but of course ours manifests in different but similar ways with different but similar results but the same underlying issues and at 39 I still have trouble understanding interactions with people.
We are good people but hard to understand.
I remember in the Smash documentary, it was said that if he wasnt so good at Smash Bros, most people wouldnt like him, and that seems cruel but it isnt. It is just honest. He is socially awkward, but makes up for it by being part of a community where he has a purpose and a skill, and he is lucky to have that community. I am happy for him.
I only have work, and my skill is management, but outside of work I have nothing so I can completely relate the M2K.

Honestly M2K is still one player I wish I could meet irl, the stories about him and the way he handles himself when playing always get a kick out of me.

Zero, can you do a video on Lucario plz :) I would love to play him as a main, but he needs some balancing - basically - yes I'm just asking you to lobby the devs via your celebrity status to buff some under utilized characters that I like.
Also Mewtwo and MetaKnight as well... prty plz! OR just make a video or a series on a handful of characters that need some buffs in order to be viable at a higher level of play and go into some ideas about how to do it in a balanced way? :) I'd be fine with for example - a reduction in lucarios aura gain max damage but increase his initial damage to more than .6 of aura and maybe some faster frame data and slightly improved hit boxes or perhaps less floaty ness?:) just some ideas to throw out there. :)

Honestly, these interactions with these smash players make them seem like the best of friends. I wish I could be there because during the melee and brawl days, it sounds like it would be the greatest time ever for these players. It just really shows the camaraderie between these people.
