  • Deep in the woods on U of T Mississauga campus, there is a house that plays a vital role in UTM's Forensic Science program.
The first of its kind in Canada, the house is staged to give students hands-on experience in investigation and documentation techniques at a mock crime scene.
Come inside as we explore CSI House. Read more: uoft.me/csi-house

I can’t wait for Youth Summer Program in UofT!👏❤️That is an awesome way of encouraging students to analyze and resolve a crime scene.

This is really cool, but I am curious - why are students who are practicing/getting trained not at least using some basic PPE like gloves etc.? I know it's a mock scene, and thus full gear would likely be cost-prohibitive, but for people who might actually do this for a living and are (as the first student named is) nearing the end of their undergrad, shouldn't they be practicing those basics? (At least mime putting on gloves and booties!)

That being said, I'd totally love to do this. Wish there were adult learning programs like this!

Ugh. I hate vocal fry! I wish people would use their vocal cords properly. So annoying and it makes the speaker sound less intelligent than they actually are.
