GROUND BEEF STIR FRY WITH GREEN BEANS

Ground Beef Stir Fry with Green Beans is a perfect quick and easy meal for busy weeknights. The beef is so flavorful and stir fried with charred green beans. And it’s the perfect combo!
Ground Beef Stir Fry with Green Beans
Ingredients
1 lb green beans, trimmed and sliced in half
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
Directions
Combine soy sauce and honey in a bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add green beans and spread evenly over the pan. Let cook for 1 minute without stirring. Stir and cook for 30 seconds. Repeat the last step 2 more times with a total of 2 1/2 minutes of cooking time. When it’s almost done cooking season with a dash of soy sauce and black pepper. Remove and set aside.
Add ground beef and cook until cooked through over medium high heat.
Add onions and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add sauce and cook for 1 minute.
Return green beans back to the pan and cook for another 30 seconds. Serve over rice.
