Watch our 2021 dragons take on the epic challenge of running from Conwy Castle to Cardiff Castle through the incredible, rugged Welsh landscape in this awesome film by Cwmni Da 🐉
Cracking documentary. Icing on the cake is having a proper Welsh speaking person narrate. Especially to hear the place names said properly and not butchered for a change.
It's an incredible event, I blew up totally the first time I tried it and had to dedicate a full year (2yrs later) to finish it. My route selection on the ground and micro nav wasn't up to speed so that's what I had to work on. Never again for me but I wish you well.
Awe inspiring. As a moutain walker having almost finished all 214 Wainrights and walking most of the North Wales peaks. The Mc Gillycuddy Reeks in Ireland. Scotland and the Pyrranies and Etna i take my hat off to these guys!
Cracking documentary guys. I was out after a tear and twist in the knee on Tryfan, so many of us felt the heat on that first day. Just had op so will be back to it 24. We'll done everyone who compleated it 👏
What a brilliant doc. Some truly inspirational people and a stunning looking event. It’d be great to add the athlete’s strava profiles in future ones for people that might like to see some of their training runs etc
Its a pretty expensive race to enter so you don't enter unless you have the background necessary to believe you can complete it. Not exactly built for a marathon runner is it that course 😂
Would love to see you try it 😂 Kim Collison is my cousin, he's amazing and i admire what he does so much, the work he does and the brutal physical and psychological strain a runner is under in these races is just a bit terrifying! I used to run cross country and thought that was bad 🤣 i would absolutely have loved to have taken my running further in speed and distance... Not this far though!! 😵 But i would have loved more than anything to do training with my cousin in the Lake District 🤷🏻♀️ sadly my health has got progressively worse and i cant even walk far now, i certainly wont ever be able to run again. Heart breaking really.

Everyone who took part is an inspiration. Genuine tears in my eyes when the guy missed the checkpoint by twenty seconds.
I'm running this in 2024. LFG 🚀
I'll see you on a Check Point as I'm manning a couple this year.
@@JammyDodger45 Looking forward to it brotha 💪

Speaking as just a soft southern half marathon runner, I still find this inspirational. And I love the Welsh language, so lyrical
Oh my God, that is awesome. WOW, the ultimate challenge for the super human amongst us. Amazing. Well done, everyone.
Superb filming and narration of a fantastic event…. This should be regarded as the benchmark documentary of such events 👍
I just want to hug Simon! Good work on his part pushing through and happy to see a man cry without shame. He's a good role model for all.

Sorry about your injury, but glad to hear you’re on the mend. Rest up well this year and in ‘24 go show those hills and trails who’s the boss!
We look forward to seeing you in 2024 - best of luck with training 😃
Simon Gräsberg finished Day 6 as well.
Wow this film is very well made, great job to the producers! What a fantastic race this is.
Beautiful and detailed! Thank you very much for putting this together.

Superb film. I might have blubbed a bit at "I made day 5". Well done all
How interesting and scenic. These competitors are all superb athletes and are all winners! Thanks for taping this.
Brilliant inspirational film
Amazing to watch these Warriors go through so much and have so much courage!
Well done all of them 🙌🙌
Brilliant film. Unbelievable tough athletes, most people would be broken after day 1.
Super inspiring. I would LoVE to film some virtual trail runs here!! 🏃♀️ 🏃♂️
This video team is unbelievable. Should do a video on how them as much as the runners.
They're not "warriors" they're athletes.
They're running not risking their lives is the service of others.
AN AWESOME VIDEO. Magnificent. Thank you for posting. What an accomplishment.
This was brilliant! Loved each moment! Thanks for sharing🙏
Grande🎉
wow...awesome film! amazing way to see the beauty of Wales. Future goals......!
Brilliantly made film, many thanks, loved it.
WOW. Well-made + massive source of inspiration. Thanks
Just a brilliant film, so inspirational. Id love to be able to train enough to take part one day! 😃
We would love to see you on the start line one day!
Welsh words and prononciation are so out of this world !
Welsh mountains, top to bottom, wow!
If 1/2 Finnish, is it really so tough?

these people never heard of Tor des Glaciers in Italy
450km 32'000 D+- 190h max non stop
Bravo to all
They should make this a non stop race instead of stages
Definitely not the toughest ultra out there. Don’t get me wrong, this is tough as hell but it’s got nothing on Barkley.
runners with mask, fully vaxxed with an electric car >3
Calling this the worlds toughest mountain race is a bit of hyperbole 😅 Looks fun as hell just the same.
yeah... these people never heard of Tor des Glaciers in Italy
wow
I thought I was having a stroke because I couldn't hear clearly haha, I was relieved when the mic was fixed
Great film, however, too many ads!. Really takes away from the feel of it.
See you in 5 weeks! *gulp*
missing cut off by 20 seconds :(
Narrator: "Is the toughest mountain race in the world!!"
Tor des Glaciers: I am a joke to you?
Crap crap crap wish I didn't see this. It is unavoidable now.
Way too many ads interupting so I just stopped watching
Och aye
that barcode system is ridiculous. Imagine losing because your barcode wont scan
