Remember folks, don't diagnose your own disorders. Just because you have some symptoms doesn't mean you have the illness. Talk to a psychiatrist.
No. I’m not paying more than 50 Dollars for people to tell me I’m right 💀
the thing is how do I know for sure and I know my mom ain’t gonna take me there lol
Idk man, being rather obsessed with owning a shotgun for personal single use might be plenty enough evidence for me to come to the conclusion that there might be a depression thingamajig inside my dumbass noodle.
some people can't always afford healthcare. aslong as they do good research, it's fine
I'm not gonna self diagnose myself, but my mom told me I have Jumping Frenchman disorder before I watched this video

My mom: "Coroner, how did my son die?"
Doctor: "He was scared to death due to Jumping Frenchmen Disorder."
the hypersexual description was actually so accurate. im hypersexual maybe since i was 2-3 years old and i dont even know why
i was born kinda "dirty minded" (let’s call it that way so that it’s more “family friendly”) and had a lot of ""random""thoughts
then it started feeling disguting and confusing to the point where i discovered it was a disorder so i was even more worried
good vidro btw :3
wait what? YOU DID THAT WHEN U WERE 2 (3)??
@@jenniferwikler6692 YES IDK
I WAS JUST BORN LIKE THAT IDK 😭
@@ketzxyasdeath_ same :(
hypersexuality isn't just dirty minded thoughts or watching too much p*rn. it is so much severe than that. you cannot control it. you aren't just "born" it. you need medication to treat it. it happens as a result of trauma like molestation. please do your research. plus, humans only start to remember things at the age of four so... I know you're kid, so I think you should get diagnosed regardless rather than self diagnosing and just claiming something so serious based on one EXTREMELY MILDDDD symptom. I used to do that when I was a child lol it's like when people say they have OCD because "I love being clean!" when it's so much worse than that. I hope you get the therapy and treatment you need because being a genuine hypersexual is not fun and is extremely painful, and you understand since you are one.... right?
@@lynninii I know. I was born with a high sxual drive and I just couldn’t control it and I also kinda got exposed to yk. I wasn’t just being dirty minded, and idk.. I was never a victim of sa or wtv but it got much worse than that
but you’re right tho, I shouldn’t be auto diagnosing myself with that and I should get therapy but im scared

Literally just got diagnosed for ADHD yesterday and this video comes out
i think i might have ADH or OCD what made you think like that symtoms did you have and what did they make you talk about i the room
After watching this I may have the H in ADHD. I literally laughed out loud after hearing the description of hyperactivity.

You can be hyperactive but not have ADHD. Always best to check with a doctor though.

why does jerusalem syndrome only happen in jerusalem and paris syndrome in paris?
It's in the name
These probably happen so rarely that cases pertaining to other places just haven't been recorded, or, if they have been, it's likely that nobody's really paying attention to them. In my opinion, is that these conditions are much more likely to be found in these places than any other. Regarding the instance of The Jerusalem Syndrome for example, I bet that similar things happen in places like Mecca, but as Mecca tends to be a more "exclusive" city than Jerusalem, and Muslims, at least in respect to these circumstances a bit more spiritual than Christians, Jews, or followers of most other religions, it's not as likely to be noticed. A conceptually similar thing might be going on with Paris . Please note however that my education on psychology or mental disorders is flat null, and this is just my own personal guess.
stigma
Jerusalem is religiously important and Paris was a remarkable letdown when I went recently
It only happens to jews not westernized or secular. Not anyone else.
Cities can cause disorders?
If i understood the vid correctly its not the city itself but the religious (beliefs?) associated with it
@@theskylord16 there's a religious belief associated with Paris?
@@ElizabethsFantasy I think OP is referring to Jerusalem. Basically people feel like they're more important since they're in a holy city... I wonder if this syndrome applies to vatican. 🤔
@@Vyltrix i thought jerusalem was a country..

why are people self diagnosing? that’s gross
If you don’t self diagnose to start with, you can’t do any to help yourself. Being diagnosed takes lots of money and time and many people don’t have that. Without proper research, people shouldn’t self diagnose. If you’ve done tons of research on this (I don’t just mean looking up stuff for an hour, I mean a few hundred hours of reaserch), it’s healthy to self diagnose. It’s also helpful to reach out to people who have the thing you suspect you have. Self diagnosis is completely valid. I say this as someone who is diagnosed with inattentive ADHD.
@@thebiggestmaraudersfan I also mean for people who will see like- one of these things, for example ADHD, as I have it diagnosed by a doctor, they will see the symptoms, maybe one or two and say they have it. If you do a couple hundred hours of diagnosing, it’s still possible you may not have the disorder. it’s always even more healthy to go to a doctor first. I completely understand your point tho

For somereason everytime i do a mistake i always space out thinking no one likes me while crying, it mostly goes on for atleast 2-4 minutes

I have ADHD. Yes I was diagnosed professionally. I started taking methylphenidate halfway through freshman year for it and it did wonders. If you struggle paying attention and can't focus on one thing for a long time I highly recommend getting help. Don't be embarrassed it makes life so much easier.

No autism, Asperger’s, Alzheimer’s, or depression?
Autism is too big of a spectrum, aspergers is apart of that spectrum, alzheimers is a terminal illness, and depression is just a mood disorder that everyone goes through at some point
@@omegalilbchass8270 Mhm, and because autism has a spectrum, sometimes it's not even too much of a disorder.
The mental changes caused by Alzheimer’s is because Alzheimer’s degrades your brain. Search up an image of a regular brain and a brain with Alzheimer’s and you’ll see what I mean.
Autism is a neurological disorder not mental
@@omegalilbchass8270those 4 disorders are neurological, that’s why they didn’t include it, not because a spectrum was big

Straight to the point
My name is Emmy and I have diagnosed Alice In Wonderland Syndrome, glad you clarified it’s not a mental health or psychological issue, but a neurological disorder. In my case I have extremely severe migraines, so severe in fact it essentially messes with my brain and distorts my cognitive abilities. Crazy enough there’s only been around 300 diagnosed cases in recent years, myself included. But it’s estimated AIWS is much more common, and is under diagnosed and misdiagnosed as other things like seizures.
Yk what not enough people talk about hyper sexual women……
With this video i discovered my sexual problem is,in fact,a desorder. Thanks for that, bro.
ADHD welder here! You explained that really well!
i used to have alice in wonderand syndrome where i could zoom in alot so like a three by three grid, i would only be able to see one section and its not like the other pieces were blurry, i just couldnt see them. i would always take a while for my eyesight to adjust back to normal.

adhd explained by an intelluctual is refreshing
The Jerusalem disorder is crazy, like someone who is otherwise not religious can just go to Jerusalem and then go crazy and claim to be a prophet or something. Like at that point I think there’s a better religious reason for it than there is a scientific reason
I’m pretty sure I have jumping frenchmen purely because everything I turn around and see someone who wasn’t there before or something else to that effect, I gasp really loudly or freeze up. This also happens when somebody scares me, somebody taps me on my back or literally anything I’m not expecting. I do scream if somebody jumps out at me though haha.
