You should take the ignition coil from a stihl leaf blower, they actualy have a rev limiter built in, I had one installed on my go-kart and it would hit limiter and shoot flames

@Elijah’s MiniBikes not a governor lmao, I mean ignition cut like on dirtbikes, not a fuel cut like on cars. Its a ignition coil that has a spark limiter so it does let fuel get into the exhaust and all that for "2step"

Use a tyre groover to cut into the trye and give the pvc pipe a place to sit, should stop it from shifting around on the tyre, then just deflate the tyre when it comes to putting on new pvc

You put the 15 in PVC pipes to your slick to get better drifts..yeah make them wider you want to cover the whole wheel. remember this deflat to put on but tape a bicycle pump so that way you can air it back up fast.thats what I do.but be careful to tape the handle of the pump or it will fly away. learn that the hard way.
If you’re in Northern California. I have about 12 feet of teal 10” sewer drain pipe. I’ll hook you up with some sleeves. Also have a jig to cut them so they aren’t all wobbly. We can do some tandems with my karts and drift trike.

try putting Green PCV pipe on . cut it to fit your wheels. big difference.

im just wondering but why does the engine always have to be one one side
its convenient to be on 1 side and u have more space to have stuff on the other side
if u have the engine in the middle of the back then there will be barely any space for other stuff and it wont be as easy to start up

you should use drift sleeves for motorized drift trikes, they fall off less.

Loving the drift kart bro have you tried putting a shifter engine in there sounds like it could do with more power and if you get the right amount of power you don't need the plastic on the wheels something like a 250 cc and up can have the shifter on a leaver just make the clutch onto a pedal
Definitely have thought about it. I agree to an extent and have a build like that in the work. Ngl PVC is unmatched as far as getting sideways goes
@@JacobSherwood I suppose you need to keep as light as possible as it's not very long and it's wide my suggestion like a bit of a longer frame and a 600cc from a bandit or something I know that's alot of power but you won't use it all anyway I like what you done looks fucking dope am just waiting for my tube bender to arrive and I will be making frames as my daughter races karts
