Which teams made it to the NBA finals before the Celtics were formed? The Cavs led by Lebron and the San Antonio Spurs while the Lakers were knocked out of the first round by the Suns…I’m pretty sure the Celtics had also put together most of their team that offseason before the Lakers did so why would they be gearing up for a team that was most recently a first round knockout compared to the teams that just made the finals? I’d like for you to make sense out of that please.

With the truly feared players, the fear doesn't get flipped, It's permanent. LeBron never had it like that, his opponents would prefer he take the final shot in a game, rather than pass it to a Ray Allen type of clutch shooter.

I think he is saying that like people didn’t fear him physically like they did Shaq or a Giannis because they play to their size, Lebron never really has played to that size and made himself so physically dominant that no one could stop him. I think that’s what Shaq was saying, not that nobody feared Lebron as a player.

I'm not even a big fan of Michael or Skip but I get what they mean. Simply put nobody ever accused players like Michael, Bird, or Kobe of quitting. You knew those guys were competitive to the point of being considered psycho to some. They play to the last second no quitting just rabid man and it's frightening to play against that. I want to fight the guy who knows when to walk away instead of the guy who keeps coming back like he Rocky Balboa vs Creed.

In the other hand, we have lebron with his great talent, his massive gifted body but also his friendly approach, his hilarious stories and his role model image (son, husband, father, community engagement, etc.). Nobody fear that.

They traded for KG and Ray Allen so they could be contenders, not because they were worried that they couldn't get past Lebron and the Cavs.
