Another thing I noticed about AM5 - not too many places (at least here in Canada) have pre-builts with the AM5 platform. Most still have plenty of AM4 to sell. Seems the platform is still too expensive for companies to bundle components together at a reasonable price (so for now & probably at least another year guess I'm sticking with my 5600X/3060ti build.)
If you upgrade your GPU you’ll be fine with the 5600x for quite some time at 1440p
I have the exact same GPU! It is sick but.... I had problems on DDU day... since then it runs Starffeild onCS2 on very high in the high 150s.
Also - for any if you get this gpu and have a decently newish intel K cpu get a decent PSU.... min PSU 850

i have a 500 watt psu with a amd ryzen 5 5600x. currently rocking amd rx 480 as gpu. What gpu can i get best for my buck to play games on 1080p? high settings and use two monitors for like obs and gaming? and i have 32gb ram.

Hello sir! I made the same build as you, but I added 3x FC 3 in 1 fans on the top. The problem is that I dont know where can I put the argb on motherboard, because on motherboard I have 2 slota 1 for saphire nitro+ argb and another for ak500 digital. Can you help me please? :o3
AMD never even released a Ryzen 3 for the 5000 series on AM4. Honestly I kinda think right now their logic is "5600s are cheap enough, if you're on a budget get a 5600 build" ... but I don't know what their plans are for when AM4 dries up. They can't just ignore the Ryzen 3 / i3 market forever. They'll probably be making AM4 for a while, and when they do stop, they'll make a Ryzen 3 chip... but damn. Kinda sucks for people on a budget now, the 5600 is a good chip and all; it just doesn't leave much room for upgrades for current budget builders to later upgrade to.

It's unfortunate that AMD chose to create and price the 7700xt to serve as a decoy for the 7800xt. Both cards perform great, but the 7700xt just doesn't make sense at its current price.
What are your thoughts on the Ryzen 5 7500F as it is the cheapest way to get into AM5, but currently not being sold in the US?
Based on the performance, I think it's definitely worth grabbing once it becomes available assuming it keeps the MSRP of $180 or lower
7800 XT only needs a 650 w power supply I heard 750 w reason I ask is because my system has a 3060 TI and that seems to be a better card 16 gigs 8 gigs

750 is great for mid range pcs so yeah snd if you want to feel safer get a 800w

What’s bad about the b620 mb compared to the b650?
A620 doesn't allow overclocking and will generally have lower end components that aren't as suitable for higher end processors should you decide to upgrade down the line, as well as slower usb ports. If you're on a tighter budget and can't find as good of deals as B650, you can go A620 and likely be fine, but in the states with how good of deals Newegg and Amazon have on refurb/open box, I like to take advantage of them

Can you make a video on how to optimize your pc, my specs are 2080rtx, intel core i5-6400, 15.96 ram, 1T storge, and when i game i get fps spikes and my game feels so slow
and i play everygame on low settings and tried to lower everything/app in my pc already
Seems to me your cpu is a big bottleneck, ugrading your platform and cpu should do the trick.

It is a big bottleneck. But bottlenecks really aren't noticeable up to like 70%@@Zebuza

I am confused between 13600kf with 4070 or 7600 with 7800XT (bit spectacle about amd people are saying they are not stable and random shut down and random graphics pixel stutter/ dead happened any idea)? Its my main pc for client work and gaming. also my 3 friends who bought ryzen 3600 with 1660s Run into some kind of issues but my cousin build the pc with 10400f with 1660ti still running fine. i feel while using the Intel system find bit snappy compared to ryzen 3600. Any opinion ? not a Intel fan boy either but don't know much.

always do research is something i usually say, but in my opinion 13600k with 7800xt, or 7600 w 7800xt if you want more gaming performance (and if work does not benefit from a high core count)
