Yeah, they do need to sort out the windscreen water and wiper, it is generally constant despite conditions or the wiper being on/off.
So impressed how quickly they updated the rain lights. Sure they will update this regularly as we go on
Also the reduction in spray as well
yeah with the tight budget they are on that is really amazing.
Have som good news boosted! I did chance ordering from fanatec since I've yet to have an issue with them. Ordered my dd+ with mclaren gt3 wheel rim with qr2 alu 24 hours ago and already got shipping for all 3. Also ordered the elite v2 pedals and already shipped also.
My suggestion to anybody buying from fanatec is to part each piece out. Do not trust there bundle offers and never ever pre order. Fanstec won't ship even if they have the parts yet don't have the bundle boxes. See what I'm saying? Alot more chance. Its probably why I've still yet to have an issue. Only buy in stock products and I pay the extra instead of saving on bundles.

I am currently building my first sim rig, I have everything but just want to upgrade a few things, such as my rig, from QDOLED ultrawide monitor to 3x 42 or 48" LG OLED tv's and HOPEFULLY, God-willing, a motion sim to really make the experience come to life.
Just build a rig with triple aorus fo48u monitors, simracing on triple oleds is amazing!!

Yeah that’s was something I mentioned on my first wet weather video. Definitely needs improvement.
This was the one thing I was not looking forward to with the rain update. I knew they were going to force feed rain into EVERY race series for a couple seasons. It was fun for a race or 2 now I just avoid rain races cause I’d like to have one occasionally. Not every week/every other week of a series
I started the 12hrs of Sebring in the LMP2.
An absolute BLAST. Yes, very stressful, but the kind of stress when you come out the other end, you just have a huge rush.
iRacing killed it for its current state and itll only get better.

You likely got the 4x from the contact with the 77 because it led to an off-track. If he stays on track, it wouldn't have been a 4x.

Why Asetek removed all (Base + Wheel)-Bundles? Now if you want to save by buying a Bundle, then the pedals are forced to be included.
Will what happened to Immsource?
No idea TBH. They just disappeared.
What wheelbase do you usually use as your main?
Im trying to decide what to get for my new sim either a simcube 2 ultimate or asetek invicta
Hi Will, I’m really at my wits end. I’m having some issues with Asetek and not sure if you can help. I recently purchased an Asetek forte bundle (wheel+ wheelbase + pedal). Literally the first day and ever since, I get these random, power off/on events. I’ve done a lot of troubleshooting and find it’s on the psu to wheelbase side. I’ve open an RMA and sent logs to Asetek. They say they can’t see any issues and I have to wait for next software update. Well I don’t want to wait for that and risk it not getting fixed and being stuck with a faulty product. I asked for a return but now they say they will take “up to 50% restocking fee”. I don’t think that’s right. It’s a defective product why should I get punished. I can understand the shipping and 20% restocking fee (although I don’t agree with 20%). Idk seems everyone’s else’s interactions have been well but I’m really stuck here Will.

I would contact your credit card company and try and just get the money clawed back. With American Express I've.done it for a few things including a set of pedals that are over 1k.
@@John-ok8ts oh wow like a charge back right? I did file a complaint with the BBB. Was the process straightforward? How long did it take? Lastly, should I just go ahead and return them and give the proof to my credit card company

For rain don’t drive on the racing line .
Why are the rain/headlights so dim? That's not what it looks like in real life - you'd barely get a finished race, far too dangerous.
Worst looking sim racing title, those damn trees, why o why. Shaders, AO etc. they must upgrade their graphics.
When you have time to check on trees and gras, you´re driving to slow mate.
