Uruguay did not go through, that is joy. Ghana could easily allow Uruguay score an extra goal if they had been nice to Ghana in the past. But rather Ghana mounted defence to deny them the goal that will take them to knock out stage. To see Suarez cry is the revenge, it brought so much joy. It must me painful to win a match and still cry. Lovely feeling.

I was very happy to see South Korea going through, but I hated the narrative of Ghana taking revenge for 2010, when of course they were not robbed of anything or cheated at all back then.
There are many reasons to hate Suarez, but the handball incident in 2010 shouldn't be one of them. He stopped Ghana advancing / Uruguay being knocked out due to an illegal goal stemming from a huge dive (Dominic Adiyiah threw himself to the ground to win the free-kick), scored by the diver himself (it was Adiyiah's shot that Suarez blocked), that also should have been disallowed due to Appiah being offside.
