I feel like ive tried it all and nothing works. Im soo close to caving and getting botox. How long would it take to see results with this massage? Ill give it a another try.
1. Make sure you’re using both sides equally when chewing. 2. Stop chewing gum if you do. 3. Try not to clench. 4. Do this massage everyday. It will take 3-4 weeks to see a difference. Alternate the side you sleep on! 💕
Me too. I’m getting Botox cause I did massages and it did help but not fully. So many things to do everyday.
