Ooh, I don't think I've seen that myself.
There is no universal sign language and even different dialects of the same language can have different signing. Within English here is American Sign Language (ASL), which sign using one hand; British Sign Language (BSL) and Australian Sign Language (Auslan), which are two handed. Adam Hills was signing in Auslan.
