What is psychedelic integration? How to integrate a psychedelic experience

Psychedelics can have powerful transformative properties, but only if we are willing to put in the work to transform ourselves. Psychedelic integration is the process of working with a trained professional to make meaning out of our psychedelic experiences and use them as a means of improving ourselves.
