Just wanted to hit on a couple points in the video. The Green Seal FRNs were issued in the beginning since Series 1928, alongside Red Seal United States Notes, and Silver Certificates with Blue Seal. Also, on the Federal Reserve Notes, the Black Seal is stating the Federal Reserve District, not where it was printed. All Notes before Series 1988A were printed in Washington, D.C. starting with Series 1988A, Notes were also beginning to be printed in Fort Worth, Texas denoted by the FW by the lower right plate number.
I do not know how to check whether this bill is worth some money ?
I am just trying to get your feedback about $20 bill that I have. The back of the bill is fine nothing is missing. The front of the bill is missing everything but the green seal and the serial number.
That's an odd possible error. I would send it in for grading if you think it is an error. Or you could post pictures to one of the many Facebook banknote collecting pages and possibly someone there may be able to add further information after seeing some photos of the bill. :)

I found a 1929 read seal 5 dollar bill from Kansas with 2 dates stamped is it rare also no In God We Trust on back what is it worth.

I have a 1963 red seal $2 star note with a low serial number...but the condition isn't the greatest unfortunately.
