Its crazy how officers can provoke you into getting frustraded with their abuse and than proceed to punish you for being frustrated.
It's because they have the power to force you to interact with them. When normal people frustrate you, you can just get away from them before you lose your shit.
Did we see the same video? He provoked the officer. If he didn't pull off in the manor he did, none of this would have escalated.

How can anyone be expected to trust law enforcement when law enforcement lies in an attempt to justify their own behavior.
Never!
Why would anyone trust law enforcement in the first place? Supreme court has ruled they are legally allowed to lie to you at any time for any reason. They're all liars protected by liars with a higher rank.
Yup exactly. It’s crazy how they can create any narrative they want when “back up” arrives and the next cop believes everything and now they’re in total control.
I firmly believe that’s the true reason why police almost always request backup in these kind of situations. When they lie to their backup now it’s 2v1, and that will almost always go in favor of the “cops”

You can CLEARLY hear on the video that he never "peeled out" at all. In fact, the only one who did was the cop. ANYONE who claims he did peel out is clearly just lying to cya.
Exactly. And the thing is, the cop probably actually believes he did “peel out” because that’s exactly what he, the cop, did. He wants it to be true, speaks it into the record in front of others who behave in all the same ways, therefor it becomes fact. Fee-fees are facts to ego-driven pigs.
Also, there was no way to get home but that one entrance. He stopped. Said I live here, and just drove all around. Cop says - ok go.
Immediately retaliatory behavior after that and all the way though video. Wonder how many people he’s arrested because of feelings.
I said the same thing.
Not only can you hear he didn't "peel out" but the cop went from telling the citizen he peeled out to changing his story when the backup got there and said he fish tailed.
Definitely heard him peel out, it’s hard to hear but it definitely happened. Dude was frustrated and all he had to do was just drive normally. I think the cop deserves a B+ instead of a c-.
The way he immediately tells him to settle down is incredible lmao
And later the same cop with attitude is telling the citizen not to cop an attitude.
“Screeching your tyres as you leave”
Funny because he didn’t actually, but rather the cop DID screech his tyres chasing him.
I swear these two could have their own sitcom 😅 This encounter is more comical than most Police Encounters!
😆 NY Attitude vs Ego Cop
When the deputy said, "get the hell out of here" he was the one copping the attitude, the guy just wants to get home. Obviously the deputy was not paying attention to his own road block (sleeping?), or he might have prevented the encounter.
Maybe he was sleeping, playing a game on his phone, watching something he shouldn't be watching like pirn...pick one
i think he was flipping the coin in the app like some of them like to do!
The detour was that way. What the world.
My guess is he was on his freaking cell phone like every cop I see every day parked on the side of the road. They all pay no attention to traffic anymore and just rely on the radar buzzing when someone is speeding to do the policing for them and spend all day on instagram looking at thirst traps. I see the same cop parked 40 feet up the road from a turn I make every day at the same time (I'm a mailman) where people constantly use the shoulder to turn right, even though it's checked off (meaning you can't do precisely that). I've even almost been hit by a few of them because I make that same right turn, but I wait for the light when there are people going straight in front me, because it's illegal to use the shoulder. Blanket statements are never made by intelligente people... ooops... lol... seriously... that simply isn't true across the board... so many awesome smart cops... whole families of them... just silly... a reflection of the weirdness of the followers of this channel...
The “have a good day” they all say after ruining your day
“officers typically view such actions as aggressive, suspicious and a threat to their safety” could describe 90% of their outlook to interacting with the public.
His line of “if you can’t handle the job, go work at McDonald’s” is so fitting for how many officers behave.
While I agree our boy should of been more calm when dealing with the officer, he was from Jersey & did the best he could. So when adjusting for geography, he gets an A in Jersey temper. 😂
Facts I counted onky 3 - 4 get the fuck outta heres
Joisey.
He said New York. Not that that's an improvement. It's actually amazing that he managed to grow up in NY with a mouth on him like that and not get the sh&* beaten out of him.. BTW, no one from New Jersey ever said "Joisey."
@@remycallie They do from Tom's River lol. Also can't play baseball for shit because they swing a bat like they're tryna club an intruder. Idk what's worse, Pennsylvania or Joisey.
@@opieutt9038 We used to sail out of Tom's River when I was a kid. Never heard "Joisey" there or anywhere else in the 50 years I've lived in the state.
In my experience, blocking the exit lane to a place people are entering and not the entrance lane with only your patrol car and no signage does not constitute a barricade.
The fact that this could've all been avoided is why the officer should've received no higher than a D.
This traffic stop had me dying laughing. The part where the officer goes “are you from New York?” And laughs when he responds “yeah” absolutely killed me.
You were dying laughing at this? Okay buddy

I love how he refused to get his supervisor and refused to tell him the reason for the stop till he wiped the phone out
I’ve seen this one before. What a little ego that dude has. He let him go then tried to get upset because he “peeled out”.
But the guy never "peeled out". His tires did not make any noise. It is very clear in the video.
@@sjgavenger37 Which is why he placed “peeled out” in quotations…
"can i go?" - "yes get out of here" - "stop right there this is a traffic stop" LMAO
well the cop peeled out but not the guy

Fishtailing in a Mercedes Benz. Yeah okay!! 😭😂
Honestly, for a New Yorker, he should get an A+ for exemplary self control.
I hate how the cop kept escalating how Matt pulled off
"He sped off"
into "He squealed his tires"
into "He was fishtailing"
I was hoping he’d continue.
“He did a barrel roll.”
“He phased out of existence.”
“Dude went straight to plaid.”
“He surpassed the speed of light as he sped off. That’s why I didn’t even see him do it.”
“He’s reaching for a weapon!”

Thw kind of cop that makes drama when someone hurts his ego but won't go into an active shooter situation even tho they are armed like a military unit
@@RalloR broooooo WHERE THE LIE AT
I love how the cop just left his post where for no reason.
And then the road wasn't blocked for other traffic - which ... why was the road blocked if he could just leave his post to go play asshole traffic enforcer?
How does any interaction in which an officer is hostile get a C-. That should automatically warrant a suspension without pay (and in most departments does) and therefore get D at best.
"if you cant handle the job , go work at mcdonalds" what a boss
Giving the cop a "C-" when they write 3 tickets purely out of spite.
He is grading on a cop curve
His judgments are designed for the Police. There is no way that this isn't Contempt of Cop
Say it like it fooking is, the only way

@@DrJT-ly3vr Totally gross how tyrant cop-loving bootlickers like you calling a citizen’s right to protest a cop operating under color of law whiny.

I truly despise that we live in a world where "shut up and take it." is the best advice we have for dealing with our supposed peacekeepers.
"If you can't handle the job go work at McDonald's" 😂😂😂
The second cop actually tried to justify getting ticketed for a bad attitude because he wouldn’t like it.
I wish I could just harass and fine every customer that gave me an attitude at my job. Pathetic.
its funny because businesses actually tends to value and help customers out, because if you fk them, they will fk off and never come back, unfortunately cops get paid by the government and people get taxed no matter what, no chance in loosing business and customers , so they can pretty much behave in any way they like without much consequences or fear of loosing job
"you're from New York right?" They need to promote that deputy to detective with that insight. Hahaha
I think the cop is the one that got picked on as a kid trying to anger the man is what the cop is doing now
Minor miscommunication? No, the cop lied. He told the guy to drive to his house. Period
Exactly, that's what I heard.
The cop told him to go on = he did not run the barricade. Not only that the cop's vehicle was not blocking off that lane, which would say to anyone they were free to use that lane to access that street using that lane.
The cop was 200% in the wrong.
You can see the cop shaking immediately. That wasn’t because he was scared, it’s because he was enraged because someone offended him.
Offended him by driving away 😭😭😭😭😭can’t make this up
"Supervisor. Right now." Nothing else after that. Ever. Let them take you to jail.

Can confirm they are everywhere but that guy is hilarious!
You can always count on Audit the Audit to give a C-minus to officers who don't know the law, illegally try to enforce it, and treat the public like shit.
Oh man, spoiler! Lol
Mildly frustrating is that the drivers tires did not squeal and did have grip the whole time, while the officers clearly did not have traction when he started driving and was clearly pissed off, clearly projecting
The deputy deserves an f he lied several times. The citizen did not pull around any barricades, or fishtail his car whatsoever.
Yeah I’m like if it’s a barricade then there should’ve been a barricade not a cop on one side
@@KarmaTube5 Exactly: what barricade? A cop car stopped in one lane is not a barricade to the other.
This dude is always biased towards pigs nothing new
@@andrewvelonis5940 Also from the beginning it seems the cop was paying no attention to him or the mans vehicle also exit the vehicle before he drove passed him
Had he tell him yes sir you can go, he probably would've left normally but telling someone you don't even know "get the hell out of here" and you expect them to leave calmly? He instigated this whole ordeal.
seriously, some shaky roided out mf tells me to get the hell out of here, lucky he’s got a badge so i’d leave instead of getting out of the car to teach him a lesson, im definitely dropping the clutch to leave in a hurry
"If you can't handle the job, go work at mcdonalds" is the funniest shit I've ever heard said to a cop
Bro didn’t even get the supervisor and gave him back his stuff so that staying detained longer would be his choice. These cops are looking for anyway to make sure it doesn’t fall back on them
I thought I heard the cop say "Get the hell out". And that is exactly what the driver did now the cop is butt hurt.
Exactly. He told him to get the HELL out of here... And the civilian gave the car hell getting out of there. Sounds like compliance to me.
I disagree with the officer's grade here. There's an obvious lack of professionalism and the tickets were excessive, if lawful. The officer's refusal to call for a supervisor is evidence enough that the officer was operating in bad faith.
Absolutely.
I give him a D-
i just wanted to compliment the editing skills. especially the dub around the officer listing the reasons fr the stop.
Hell nah. That’s an F cop bro. You’re going to tell someone they’re free to go and then pull them over again because of your ego. Then basically threaten to put someone in handcuffs because you don’t like what they’re saying. Should’ve waited for the supervisor.
No... not even close... try to see through your bias... no one wants a jerk like that on the road... he's dangerous, sped off, has an attitude then tends toward confrontation like road rage... plenty of reasons... and he wasn't properly insured... I'm not saying the cop was right... but I'm still glad the deuchebag got what he earned...
Oml
Cops get graded on a curve. As long as no one is dead or too many rights are violated they get at least C
C Minus? No.
Thats an F. A clear F.
"Can I go?"
"Yes" - then imediately stops him again for 'driving around barricade' -
The officer lied then refused to call the supervisor! And the victim, although very mad, should've waited for the supervisor imo.
But the evidence is solid to dispute at least two of the charges.
Yes very strange to then use it as a reason
The supervisor wouldn't have mattered. If this cop still has a job, the supervisor is to blame anyway.
Exactly why this LEO deserved a grade no higher than an "F".
@@sirgreedy88 yeah but supervisors hate being dragged out to talk to a civ so at least the cop woulda gotten chewed out
Nah. One of the insurance cards was valid; He did NOT squeal his tires when he left, UNLIKE the cop; and he did not drive around a barricade. He stopped to get permission to go, and the cop didn't seem to be aware the motorist was even there, in which case I'd have proceeded also. The driver knew exactly what he was doing, and the cop was a clueless dolt.
I absolutely love the way the supervisor chuckles when he asks if he's from New York and he says yeah. lmfao
If it's a proper barricade you wouldn't be able to drive past.
1:40 This is the whole problem, right here. The officer answered: "Yeah, get the hell out of here!" Which immediately made the citizen frustrated, and caused further escalation.
That sentence alone should be a reason to punish the officer. That's not a proper way to treat a citizen. Officers need to learn to be polite. After all, they are public servants, not the other way around.
Used to be the help had respect for their employers. Apparently we've lost that particular tradition somewhere.
If someone tells me to "get the hell out of here" I will do it quickly. He drives off quickly then gets stopped for driving off quickly. Make up your mind, officer!

I don't agree with the officers conduct throughout most of this, but the driver was pretty hostile from the word go. Probably annoyed with the detour and the cops failure to acknowledge him when he stopped- but let's be fair also, we have no video to be sure the driver did any of this. At least that none that was shown here.
Look at 0:44 "we fight as one". What happened to "we serve and protect"?
