Yes, but you will be back cleaning those headlights again eventually, it is only a temporary fix, but can last a long time. • @anniewardlow9297

    Hi there!
I'm new to the channel but not to hacks. I use Oxi-Clean ($1.00 Tree version) & put a scoop of that into an empty Dawn bottle & fill it with hot water & shake it well. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes & shake it up again to make sure you have everything mixed together. Then I get 3 rags & 2 of them I get wet. First I squirt the Oxi-Clean liquid on the stain & gently scrub it around. Then I use the other wet rag to rinse it & the 3rd rag is used to pat out any extra liquid left behind. I use this for everything from ring around the collar, dirty sleeves, stains on clothes & the method for cleaning up spots on the carpet.
My carpet is about the same color as yours & have never tried it on a colored carpet so I would try a test area in a closet before using on the stain.
I have used this on colored clothes & to presoak nasty whites.
This stuff does work & good luck 🤞!

Permanent ink on you fabric or mold on my sons favorite tshirt that he put in a plastic grocery bag because it was wet from getting pushed in the lake and shoved it under his bed for almost a year. My friend was visiting when I found the tshirt. She saturated a moldy spot on the shirt with cheap dollar tree hair spray and then scrubbed it by rubbing the spot against each other with her hands and it took it right out. @@phina8392 NO, there is no fish oil in WD40. That’s an old urban legend. Look it up, you’ll see the ingredients in it, also you’ll see where it states that there is no fish oil in it, and that it has never had fish oil in it.
Supposedly some people have said that they would put WD40 on their fish hook and that they would catch a lot of fish, but that also an urban legend.

The teal stain may be the backing of your carpet bleeding through. Strong solvents or chemicals used or spilled on your carpet will cause it. We had to have our carpet backing dyes removed professionally because I had used disinfectants where the puppy had accidents and the color bled through the first time I had it cleaned.

Along with the rubber of the windshields. WD 40 is a rust remover, not a lubrication oil. It can damage, rubber or small parts inside mechanisms, like locks, that many people use it for. That's because not everybody is a Chemist. I repeat, WD 40 eats rust, it's not a lubricant.

I really appreciate your ideas! The entire time you are cleaning?
I am admiring your wedding rings especially that diamond 💍!
I worked in a Dealership reconditioning cars. Rain-X on car windows is amazing for ice/ snow removal made really easier & it repels water & it keeps your wipers from squeaking. I lived 900 miles from home & every time I came home (about 3 -4 months) my mom would beg me to put on her car because she appreciated what it did for her windows! Got birds crapping on your car windows? Using Rain-X every 3-4 months also helps bird crap come off easily! Warning ⚠️ : Do Not put Rain-X on your car paint! Last but Not least “Goo-gone” is great from removing some stains (blood & peanut butter) in car upholstery (I had kids in their car seats). I used it to tackle grease spots carried in on your shoe & soiling your car mats/ carpet. Goo-Gone is great stuff because it comes in an orange or tangerine fragrance. It works great in small spaces like cars. It smells great!
