They forgot the most important use! It cures an infected tooth! takes the pain away because it kills the infection. One part HP to 3 parts water. I do 1 tablespoon HP with 3 tablespoons water. Swish around in the mouth as long as you can, twice. Do this once a day to kill the infection until it's gone. This gave me more time to get to a dentist. It also whitens teeth, and helps your gums.

Be careful when gargling/ swishing, brushing your teeth or using on peroxide on your body. I would gargle/swish a couple times a week to keep my teeth whiter and breath fresher. Well, after several months of this I started getting a rash on my hands and arms just like psoriasis. It was awful, I tried everything to rid this rash from my body. This rash lasted for months and I did not correlating the peroxide with my rash. People kept telling me your getting older your body is changing and I refused to accept that mindset. It just did not sound right to me I knew it had to be something I was eating or soap or laundry detergent, it just had to be something I contact with. What I did was I went back one year and listed everything I had changed in my life, that I had been in contact with or ingesting. I finally figured it must be the peroxide. I discontinued use and in 6 weeks most of my rash was gone. In 8 weeks weeks my rash was non-existent. I wanted to make sure that it was in fact the peroxide that was giving me the rash. I started back to my regiment of swishing with peroxide and within 7 days my rash was back and I immediately discontinued use and my rash took a bout a week and it was gone. It has been several years now and I have no rash, no reoccurrence at all and the only thing I did was stop using peroxide. I do not use peroxide at all and Im rash free. Your skin is an organ and your skin lets you know that your kidneys and liver are being over powered by a particular chemical that it cant handle. Listen to what your body tells you. Im not saying peroxide is bad, it has good uses but for me and Im sure for others we just can not tolerate that chemical in or around our bodies. I hope this information can help someone.

Although you (and other sensitive people) may have experienced a severe reaction to peroxide, it is one of the least toxic cleaning agents because the 'chemical' is simply water (H20) with an additional oxygen molecule (re: H202) ! I've stopped using toxic cosmetic, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and other personal cleansing agents, but I continue to use peroxide daily, as a mouthwash, because it's so non-toxic, pure, and (in my case) benign. Delicate plants and seedlings thrive on the clean, bacteria-free environment that it affords.

This is a good informative video. I would like to add that you should let viewers know that H2O2 even at 3% should never be used full strength on any skin surface especially sensitive tissue areas like the mouth, and ears. It can burn tissue if not diluted by at least 50%. As a nurse, I learned this from some plastic surgeons I worked with. I have also helped people heal non-healing wounds just by cleaning a wound twice a day with 50% H2O2 and water when their MD's kept telling them to use goopy, bacteria growing creams, and ointments that block oxygen from getting to the wound and impedes the healing process. Fallacy, antibiotic ointments are only good for about 15minutes then the antibacterial properties dissipate and the ointment becomes a medium for bacterial growth and they are petroleum-based which is unhealthy.

      Water is H2O.
      Hydrogen peroxide is H2O2.
The difference is that the skin on the outside of your body has a layer of already dead cells and are not affected by hydrogen peroxide, but with a small shallow cut or abrasion the extra oxygen atom combines with any germs or bacteria or blood cells on the surface and kills them. If it were a deep cut or abrasion and the hydrogen peroxide comes into contact with living skin cells and nerves you will feel it. Same when you bring it into contact with body cells with no layer of dead cells protecting it like your eyes and mouth and nasal cavities.
And that is with only a 3% concentration. Which is why you should dilute it even more if you use it in your mouth to whiten your teeth or freshen your breath. The saliva in your mouth and the mucus in your nose and the wax in your ears will provide some protection for short periods of time. But there is a reason why a dog will vomit when you get 3% hydrogen peroxide into its stomach and that is the irritation that tells its body to get it out.

My grandmother's dog had gotten a hold of some rat poison she had placed in a closet that she thought was far enough away from the door for her small dog not to get a hold of. There were gaps under the door, but Kinnley got her front paw far enough in to get a hold of it. My grandmother called the vet and the vet told her to get peroxide into her dog to throw it up. I had to hold the pup with my legs, use one hand to hold her moth open, and use a needless injection tube to force it down, but it worked. My Granny and I were both glad I had randomly decided to stay the night that night, because there was no way she could have done all that with having knee surgery, and Kinnley lived another 3 years.

Sip of H2O2 diluted for mouthwash, then add a pea-sized pinch of bicarbonate of soda, hold and swill for a couple of minutes, and brush with the mixture once the bicarbonate is well dissolved. Careful not to swallow! After a thorough rinse, a quick second brush with Euthymol. I’ve had no new caries for thirty-five year’s, after an appalling early dental record. @@dann8902 good idea. I have been using neosporin for my nose. My mom suggested the gargling with peroxide and a tad of neosporin in each nostril before or after possible exposure to a cold or virus etc..and at the first onset of a cold or illness. It has stopped them in their tracks. Been doing it about ten years and only have had two full blown colds and one stomach bug. I’m a firm believer.

@@traveler320ak7 me too, more than 20 years ago I learned from someone to fill my ears up with peroxide and listen for a sound, within a minute if you hear noise it's working killing germs and let it work until the noise stops. Dump it out repeat with the other ear. It works wonders for my family

I use pure hp on a wet wipe to clean the underside of the toilet bowl rim, brushes don't do a good job, check it out with a small mirror, you will be amazed, your cleaning/disinfecting routine will keep you smiling knowing this room is beautifully cleaned.
Also another wet wipe to wash the outside toilet bowl.
Then add hp to my pail of water to wash my bathroom tiled floor, especially around the toilet boil.

This was great. Thank you. I mix a cap full of H2O with a cap full of water and rinse my mouth after I brush my teeth. I helps heal the little wounds from chewing to fast and accidental biteing of the gums. I think it helps with canker sores too and small amounts get into the differents parts of oral-nasal-occular cavities and gets ride of germs & viruses. H2O dose so much for so little.

I had a tiny growth under my lip for years, in the last few months it had doubled in size. I thought it might be cancer. It never stayed in one place it would move around. For several days I rinsed my mouth with a tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide and equal parts water. After a few days of doing this the growth is gone. I also had a sore throat and after gargling it loosened the mucous around my tonsils. Great Stuff!
