Batman Arkham Knight is such a good looking game, plus it has great tiny story details that you won't get the first playthrough. I'm still learning new things that can happen if you look hard enough. What a great game.
it needs either a next gen upgrade or enhancement to boost the framerate like they did with asylum and city.

Every game of theirs is a technical mastapeece.

Some enemies in Arkham Knight can track your location if you use the Detective mode for too long, if you let them detect you when you're right behind them, they will actually get jumpscared by you
I always loved that.
Also, just knock out the guy with the tracker and you can use detective vision no problem.

A detail I noticed in Arkham Knight is at the beginning of the game, when Joker first appears, he still looks sick like he did in Arkham City, but as the game progresses and Batman gets hit with more fear Toxin, Joker starts to look healthier symbolizing the fact that he’s taking over Batman’s mind and will soon be free.
Only to get imprisoned and send away when Scarecrow infested Batman with funny poison.
I have two Batman arkham knight details, one, When you first enter the Stagg airship you have to take control of the airship stability controls so that you can send a large metal crate flying out the window, you can actually find where the large metal crate landed and something kind of funny is that it landed on one of the Arkham Knights drone tanks, two, If you look at the lady of Gotham statue (the one in the middle of the map) from the right angle (I think have to look directly at it but I'm not sure) A really bright lightning strike will happen and during the lightning strike the statue will briefly turn into joker Before immediately turning back

Edit: I have a 3rd detail, When you encounter the enemy type that can track you using detective mode, If you stand right behind them and let them figure out your location they will proceed to immediately freak out realizing you're standing directly behind them

Edit 2: I have a 4th detail, after the first airship section a watchtower will be set up right next to Perdition Bridge, Normally you would crash through a window and take the watchtower out But there's actually a fenced off entrance to the watchtower you can find on the opposite side from the window, If you walk up to it there will be a funny interaction with the two guys in the watchtower, They start off taunting Batman before they start getting intimidated by him and ponder whether or not they pissed him off then they apologize and say their just doing their job and he's just doing "his uh...hobby" and When you walk away one of the guys says "bye batman" And the other guy chastises him for goading the Batman But then the one who Said bye to Batman says it's OK because they came to an understanding

Edit 3: 5th detail, Extremely early into the game you will interrogate a thug and break his wrist, That thug can be found in the GCPD taunting Batman whenever he walks past, If his taunting happens to get a little bit too annoying you can walk up to his cell and press the attack button to knock him out, You can only do it 2 times before the game won't let you anymore

A continuation of the gunpoint detail is that if you continue punching the guard you're eventually given an achievement to try and get you to stop. The image of the achievement is the normal star as on each achievement but covered in blood.

In Unmetal if you equip the eyepatch before using it to make the slingshot it will block off half the screen and even change based on the direction you look. Honestly you could make an entire video on unmetal alone
I've got a blink and you miss it Easter egg from Batman Arkham Knight, some of the goons you fight randomly through the city have a chance of becoming joker, when you scan them the bones and outline still look like joker but when you exit the scan it turns back into a random goon
I really like the BIoshock Infinite one. There's one in Bioshock 2 that I think you'd enjoy. In the section where you take control of a Little Sister, you can collect money, eve hypos, and med kits while obtaining the Big Sister suit for Eleanor. After you regain control as Subject Delta, you step outside and see a gift from the Little Sisters. Everything you collected as the Little Sister will be in that gift.
Batman Arkham Knight is an absolute masterpeice, I've played through it about 5 or more times and found a bunch of Easter eggs I'll try not to spoil anything. If you use camera mode and look at the soda cans around (there are a ton in gcpd) they have an interesting description, there's a bunch of Easter eggs in the gcpd. Also if youve gotten the dlcs there's a mission where you go into a morgue and you can find the waitress from the beginning of the game along with some other names written around. Also if you look around the city you can see papers looking for the teacher Henry Adams. Also also, if theres an open book somewhere its most likely the phantom of the opera (most of the distinct props like books or soda cans lying around are all the same.) I've got something about the joker halucinations, when beating up random thugs on the street very rarely one of them will turn into the Joker. Also you dont need to have a whole transition between the hallucination signs and normal if you look away and look back it will be normal again guaranteed, its not usually the other way around though it'll take a few times to get the hallucination again. Last one, in the beginning of the game when your playing as officer Owens, for the love of God dont shoot the gouls! Later in the game once he recovers from the toxin he would be upset and depressed about how he killed civilians. But if you didn't shoot them he would be a little shaken from the toxin but not upset, in the game intro you'll be knocked out no matter what. That's all for now, I hope this wasn't too long.
My favorite secret Joker in Arkham Knight is The Lady of Gotham (the big statue in the middle of the city). When there's lighting, for a split second the face if the statue will change

Thank you for including the BioShock Infinite detail it really meant a lot to me and here’s another detail. In Batman Arkham Asylum ( I found this in the remaster so it might not work in the original) if you find a metal detector and walk through it the metal detector will go off. Furthermore if you throw your baterang or fire your batclaw through the metal detector it will also go off
I noticed this kind of detail in Batman: Arkham Knight! Maybe it was added into Asylum in the remaster as they had only decided on the detail during Arkham Knight's development though it could have been in the original Asylum, I haven't checked nor noticed if it was lol
Good detail, but I'm still not a fan of the Return to Arkham remasters.
In Battlefield 1, when you're in a squad and select the dialogue "go,go,go" the character will say it normally but if you're the squad leader when you select it will sound a whistle instead.

the arkham series are such a well made game series that you can tell had so much heart put into it
From the surface it looks like a casual Ubisoft checklist completionist game but the level of detail in the characters, environment and gameplay is superb. Wish the optimization for PC was as good.
In Bioshock Infinite, in Battleship Bay some gun ammo can be seen in a pram possibly referencing the originals gun in a pram

Batman Arkham Knight is just so good. The game still looks incredible to this day. Also love the actors they are damn good in this one. I wish we could get a next gen upgrade someday.

I'm impressed they put that much detail into Two-Face, especially considering I remember him being a regular goon reskin and his quest thing is maybe 3 predator encounters (kinda disappointing, but Sionis was the same in origins). I absolutely love Arkham Knight, just started playing it a week ago and its already in my top 3 of all time.
I'm not sure whether or not you've covered this one before but a detail I found out recently in Pokemon Legends Arceus is that Nosepass (The compass pokemon) if unalerted will always be facing North. Best way to see this is to find a massive mass outbreak on the Coronet Highlands
Another small detail about two face is that if you look closely on the unburnt part of his face you can see that the scratches that cat woman gave him in the beginning of Arkham city have scarred over.

I was playing this language learning game called Earthlingo to extend my vocabulary in French. And during the house level, you can find a pizza on the roof. Which might be a reference to breaking bad

Here's one I saw on Reddit (and you may need an emulator to capture this one since the game is rare).
Haunting Ground is a survival horror game where you play as a young girl who, after her parents are killed in a car crash, ends up trapped in a spooky castle with a variety of maniacs hunting her down throughout the castle. Fiona, the player character, is unable to defend herself and must rely on a dog called Hewie to do so. The game also has a hidden friendship mechanic where if you mistreat the dog, he will respond hastily towards your commands and the dog will abandon you later in the worst ending.
Anyway, here's the fun detail. During the second chapter of the game, you're persued by the castle's maid Daniella, who believes herself to be a magical construct and wants to kill Fiona in the hopes of being made whole. She constantly switches between the two personalities, her demented stalker self and her maid persona.
Well, this will often affect her actions and gameplay. When she's stalking you, she'll knock on the door and say, "Miss?" before entering a room, which no other stalker does. Second, she actually closes the door behind herself where other stalkers leave the door open.
Sometimes, Daniella will also break off her hunting of Fiona to perform her normal duties as a housemaid. If you find her doing so, she won't attack you and will gently chastise you for interrupting her work. Also, if you attempt to hide while she's doing so, Fiona will refuse as it's completely foolish to try and hide in view of the killer.
There's are puzzles where you need to type out a nameplate and give it to golems in order to make them move out of the way for you. What the game expects you to do is type out the phrase "Emeth" which will animate the golems. Or, if you know your legend about the golem, you'll know that typing in the phrase "Meth" and giving it to the golem will destroy it, giving you a rare item. Or type in the phrase "Saltatio" to unlock a funny cutscene that will also fully heal Fiona.
Next, there's the final chase in the game, after the final boss fight. What you're meant to do is just haul ass to the castle's exit as an invincible enemy who will kill you in one hit comes after you; he can't be evaded normally and attempting to hide is normally a death sentence. But there's a difficult-to-find item called the Fairy Earrings which, when equipped, let Fiona turn completely invisible if she's out of sight of a stalker. Having them equipped and getting a good enough lead on the final boss will have him show he has unique lines for being fooled.
The game also features a diary where Fiona writes down her thoughts during the normal difficulty playthrough. If you're playing on Hard Mode, however, the person writing in the diary is Hewie. Yes, the dog. And it will also record his relationship values with him threatening to bite Fiona if his affection falls low enough.
Also, there's a special Ending C to the game. There are four normal endings - A and B are variations of the standard ending, Ending D is the bad ending and Ending C is a humorous early-quit ending. To unlock it, you must beat the game once, complete the normal Ending A requirement (beat Debilitas, the first boss by dropping the chandelier on him), then go to the gardener's shed to get the spare front door key. It is completely hysterical.

- The tiny torches on the POI "The Sanctuary" can deal damage if you get to close to them.
- Fires can be put out with the Chig Splash Item
- If you are wearing the Darth Vader skin and you get his lightsaber you can see it be removed from the skins belt while you have it in your hand
That last one was pretty funny, not gonna lie.
That song in Ms Explosion Man is pretty good

I have a detail from a game thats a bit old at this point. Hero's of the pacific was a ww2 air combat game that was on ps2 and Xbox, and I believe it eventually came to PC. Anyway, the detail I have in mind is that when performing extreme maneuvers in any kind of bomber, like pulling a flip in a SBD for example, your gunner will not be happy, saying "This ain't coney Island!"
I think bioshock infinite did well with the burial at sea dlc and bioshock 2 was amazing to me and it still has great scores and reviews

In Arkham Knight if you start a new game plus you can actually burn the Joker alive. Not sure if the song needs to stop playing when you burn him, but there you go. In bioshock infinate you can also get a dialog between both Booker and Elizabeth about their ages if you buy a hotdog from the hotdog vendor + the vendor says they're related before they even know it.
You can see cell phones ringing near dead bodies on the neon tomb mission in Ready or Not, you can also drain a fish tank by shooting the glass on Caesar's car dealership on any mission in Ready or not

In Red Dead Redemption 2 Epilogue where you play as John there's a mission where you take Jack fishing in the mission you find Jack reading a book next to a tree in the start but if your a little late and it's night Jack will be in his room, if you start the mission with Jack in his room John will say "Do you want to do something tomorrow" it shows you how detailed a 2018 game really is
Gunpoint is a great game, at the end your character writes a blog, which creates an actual Web page with your blog that you can go to and share with people
I remember playing Gunpoint, one of the first games I got on Steam, 100% recommended.
In Xenoblade Chronicles 3, there's a mission called Tau Tirkin Alliance that requires you to gather 50 of each of the required items scattered around the region. This is a long and tedious process, as each item only spawns 1-4 times before you need to reload the map. The questgiver does help by giving you 10 of each item if you talk to him at his marked location on the map. What many players will miss is that there's a second NPC at the Colony Tau canteen who will give you 20 of each item as you collect them. There's no indicator on the map, or sign above her character that says she has new dialogue, so a lot of players will miss this. Combined, they'll give you 60 percent of the resources required, leaving you to gather the rest. Still a bit tedious, but the spawn locations are pretty consistent.
Aside from that, there are many areas that are direct callbacks and references to previous locations in the series.

That... "curse" seems more like a win-win if you ask me.
