    I add dates for some sweetness and extra energy boost for working out. Also almonds are great for added protein if you're in a carb deficit after working out

      @@aroosafarooq6838 I know in some places they aren't, but the seeds that I get in my country are often bitter and I'm not a fan of raisins so I use dates instead 🌷

      @@bausralu I like to have it about 30 minutes before I workout because it's light compared to a meal but gives me a good amount of energy and also helps with recovery.

    is it necessary to soak seeds.. i use directly in smoothie ( add dry ginger, some times cinemon, walnut, cacao powder, if required some honey) 😋

      either soak it or roast it, it will remove the harmful chemicals...it's advisable esp with Flax seeds to roast and grind it and keep it in freezer in powder form for easy digestion..
      I got to know this yesterday, if you have any additional information you can share..😊

    Are the seeds used here raw & has shell? So if it has shell, once you soak in water will it become soft & how many hours need to soak in water? If we will use rolled oats, do we need to cook it first?

      Soaking nuts gets rid of the phytates. Phytates keep the body from absorbing nutrients. I would think soaking the dried fruit would make it easier to blend.

    I eat them in their natural form with out and plant milk every morning. I add some extra cranberries, goji and chia. I prefer to eat it like that, but one day I will try it as shake.

    Blend the soaked seeds with water first, you got plant milk ! Then add the fruit, you dont need to add extra plant milk

      Wonder myself 🤔!
      I used just a 1 tablespoon of raw oatmeal in my smoothies, adding seeds and fruits I like, and my husband and I drink this after our workout 😊
