坐禅して、無我になる。
ご指導有り難うございました。初心者には 結伽趺座.半伽趺座の足の組方が､分かりにくいです。
お坊様の教えを聞きながら 実際に自分が足を組むと手間取ってしまい 次の足の組方が出来ない内に､お坊様が次の説明に進んでしまい 結局残りの足の組方が分からなくなってしまいました。足の組方(結伽.半伽)の所の説明は､二度ユックリと説明して頂けると有難いです。

The salary at a fast food restaurant is just one example, there are not enough people, so I guess the situation is that they cannot attract more people unless they raise the salary.
The other day it was reported that hairdressers are paid 160,000 a month in Japan, but in Australia it is 400,000 a month with no overtime.
The average Japanese person is probably more diligent, skilled and serious than the average foreigner, let alone at the top level.
I think young people should work in foreign countries more and more. There is no need to worry about the outflow of talented people and the hollowing out of Japan. There are still many people who want to work in Japan.
I rather hope that they will return to their home countries and spread the Western way of working and service in Japan.
It is difficult for middle-aged and older people, including myself, to change society. It is the young people who will have to take the lead in changing Japan and the world.
There is more than one reason why salaries are not rising. I think we need to change the way people think and live. It's not right that talented young people with a bright future are being forced to work for low wages.
