i wonder whats next "Ranking every Count Dooku scene in star wars"
Or every Death Star scene ranking
Yes.

That isn't ROTJ opening scene, it's Vader arriving in the ship, palpatine dosent arrive til after Luke and the rest escape from jabbas palace, which is around 40 mins or so into the film.
And that scene with Vader is definitely one of the best, and whilst we're on the topic the scene with palpatine arriving is amazing
yah
I really like the scene as it mimics a new hope and Death Star 2 is cool.
Yup
The video maker is a complete 🎈
Thank you,I thought I was going crazy. The scenes are similar but yeah not the same one
9:40 Vader’s theme (The Imperial March) does not play during the opening scene of A New Hope. It doesn’t play during any scene in A New Hope. It’s first heard in The Empire Strikes Back.
I was about to mention it.
As was I.it’s always good when someone else takes care of it first
@@valentinlageot4101 We share one braincell
It’s funny how little this guy knows about Star Wars lmao. Like also the return of the Jedi opening he ranked isn’t even the opening, the opening was just Vader arriving, Palpatine arrives following the Jabba the Hutt sequence.
Blame the leitmotifs
“The Imperial March” actually debuted in Empire, not ANH
AND...... INWORLD it debuted in Solo
@@ElMundoDeHadesOKnope it’s in ROTS or AOTC but I forget which one

You said twice that the opening scene of Rogue One included both of Jyn's parents getting killed. Her dad didn't get killed. In fact, him being alive is kind of a critical plot point.
It would have been an incredibly short film if he had died. 😶

For Return of the Jedi, it was actually Vader getting off the shuttle and talking with the commander. Palpatine comes later in the movie.
I'm a diehard original trilogy fan...BUT the opening scroll and scene from Revenge of the Sith set the tone of the film, and imo the whole movie was a masterpiece in every way!
My second favorite after the empire strikes back
@Jason-js7ul Agreed! We like the dark ones, don't we?
@@americansuperdad5769 absolutely
The opening crawl in Revenge was s rubbish though, "there are heroes on both sides" "War" it's not very good
Revenge of the Sith was great but probably not a masterpiece I think it's easily the best of the Sequels + Prequels tho :)
@@StormyWeatherUK thanks professor....
Returns of the Jedi’s opening scene is Vader arriving on the Death Star, not Palpatine
Just in case, nobody told you the opening scene of the Return of the Jedi was when Darth Vader landed on the incompleted, death star not the emperor
And regardless of which scence it was both of them were epic so idk what manz is talking about...
The opening scene of ROTJ is Vader arriving and threatening the commander. Top 3 easily
Yes, was not so silently questioning that to myself…🧐
Same! Its my top opening scene
It’s fine, but I like 1, 3, and 4 better
ROTJ was the first Star Wars movie I watched when I was a kid so the opening scene is up there for me.
hello there, I hope you liked the video, and by the way, I just wanted to clarify that the reason I talked about how close we are to 50,000 subscribers is because I made this video a while ago, and I'm just releasing it now. Thanks to your guys' continued support, I'm proud to say that we are actually closer to 60,000 subscribers than 50,000, which is just mindblowing, so thank you all so much, it means the world to me.

Can you rank star wars movies by last scene
A bit late but NO NO NO Last Jedi is the worst here´s why czcams.com/video/PtRGR6Jbi9Q/video.html
nice touch "hello there"
multiple innacuracies throughout the video. from misinformation about the ROTJ and a new hope
Citing the Imperial March as one aspect of why the opening sequence of A New Hope is so great is unfortunate because that music didn’t exist until it was written for the following film, The Empire Strikes Back. For Star Wars (Ep. IV: A New Hope), John Williams wrote an entirely different bit of music to accompany Darth Vader and The Empire.
09:40 Fun Fact: The Imperial Theme (or Darth Vader’s Theme) was never in A New Hope. It was first introduced in The Empire Strikes Back.
Fun fact:
The Imperial March (Darth Vader’s Theme) isn’t heard in A New Hope. It makes its debut in Empire Strikes Back.
COUNT DOOKU MERCH NOW AVAILABLE: store.streamelements.com/se-7018070
This definitely a prime example of Disney nerfing the shit out of lightsabers
ROTJ, ANH, Phantom Menace opening scenes are all PEAK
Seeing the beginning of a New Hope in theaters, in 1977.. was a life-changing moment
When lightsaber gets stuck many ... many times in movies, tv shows, novels, videogames... I think it's canon that the blade has some physical properties despite being made of energy.
no way did bro just say that palatine arriving was the opening scene of ROTJ💀💀💀
Oh yeah
It is the opening
I love how the intro is using LOTR music 😂
Just realized The Mummy Returns low-key copied the melody LMAO
The “Vader theme” or rather “Imperial March” wasn’t actually used until ESB. I only bring it up because you mentioned it in reference to ANH.
#1 by far is A New Hope, it started all this SW Universe. introducing Characters and all that SW Vibes and Hypes than most fans loves.
i agree that should of been number one. My dad told me so many great memories when he saw that movie in the big screen where it was like never they have ever seen before when that opening came out on that ship. saying lots felt the ship came out of a screen especially the new type of sound and new level of fast pace editing.
Just because it starts of the universe does not mean it’s the best
You should have been in a theater in 1977 and see Star Wars for the first time. The opening back then was EPIC and should be number 1!
You were right about one thing, the negotiations were short;
one spot short from 1st place….
Solid list. Only one I'd move is rise of skywalker. After seeing 7 years of jedi fighting alongside clones, I thought seeing a red blade fight alongside stormtroopers was the highlight of that movie
9:40 the imperial march isn't played during vaders intro in ANH. It's actually not in ANH at all and was first used in ESB
Phantom Menace and Revenge of the Sith both have excellent opening scenes, but in no way are they better than the opening scene of A New Hope. The opening shot of the Star Destroyer is the single best piece of cinematography in the entire series, telling us everything we needed to know about Botha idea of the conflict. It is widely regarded as a moment that changed cinema forever. And that’s before we get a villain entrance rivaled only by Hannibal Lecter in Silence of the Lambs.
Makes no sense, that's just your nostalgia speaking
Nah they’re both better than ANH be real dawg
@@toomanyblocks8448 that’s not nostalgia talking, that’s decades of film experts and theorists talking.
@@54raynor experts' opinions don't matter that much in something subjective like this
That’s just because of the inherent cultural impact. If you analyze the scene by itself, I still like 1 and 3 slightly better. But it’s my next favorite
The Imperial March debuted in Empire Strike Back, if I’m not mistaken.
Love this video idea! Excited to see ur list!
Return of the Jedi started with Vader arriving at Endor and Vader telling the commander that the Emperor was not as forgiving as he was. The Emperor arriving wasn't until after the battle at Jabba's sand barge.
Yeah the first one- when I watched in when it came out and it was pretty awesome in theaters- I can see how that may or may not translate well to a TV.
Not too sure did Lucas have more film prior to the AOTC intro that he had to cut?
Actually, the beginning scene is not the introduction of Palpatine in Return of the Jedi, but rather Darth Vader on a shuttle debarking from the Executioner, with a tie fighter escort, landing in the Second Death Star's hangar bay with Moff Jerjerrod and sizable parade of soldiers waiting for his arrival. This then lays the groundwork that the Second Death Star is still incomplete and shows Vader threating Jerjerrod about the lack of progress, which has compelled the emperor to be arriving.
2:00 technically Luke hits someone in episode 6 and it only moves them, not killing them, meaning sometimes it doesn’t slice through.
I love the way you make your videos, you’re like rugged eagle but for Star Wars instead of Lego games
Like how they both do their intro like halfway through the video lol
I love RuggedEagle, appreciate it champ
@@JedwerdI remember seeing revenge of the sith I seeing spacebattles and I was blown away I was 5 years old when I saw revenge of the sith
Palpatine didn’t appear until half way through ROTJ. The opening scene is just Vader arriving and reporting that Palpatine is going to come.
2:12 it’s actually not his lightsaber blade that is stuck on the guy. from what I can see, it’s the lightsaber hilt that is caught on him
2:05 was actually correct. He didn’t pick the dude up with the blade. He stabbed him with the exhaust on the hilt and lifted the guy using the hilt and his hand.
3:57 WRONG! The opening of Return of the Jedi is Darth Vader landing in the Death Star II, seeing the construction of their new weapon and informing his Admiral that the Emperor is going to arrive soon.
The scene where Palpatine arriving at the Death Star II didn't happen until after the Jabba's Palace segment of the movie.
Gotta love that early 2000s CGI in the prequels
They're honestly not that bad to be honest. There's a certain charm about them.
What a Jedwerd!! What a journey he keeps bringing us through!! Many thanks!! ❤❤
We need a top 10 Sith Lords video
The emperor was not introduced at the beginning of ROTJ. Vader's shuttle approaches the new Death Star and the commander is reluctant to greet him. Vader then tells the commander that the Emperor is coming to see his lack of progress. Finally, Vader says that the Emperor is not as forgiving as he is.
In the Rise of Skywalker opening scene, the lightsaber is accurate
In fact, a lightsaber is like a sword, with sharp sides and flat side, so the way Kylo is using his lightsaber is right, In star wars V, Luke when fighting Vador doesn't cut everything, the lightsaber bounce from the wall because he is using the flat side.
The difference between the two films is that in star wars V, Luke is not a master of the lightsaber handling and that's why he's using the flat side, but in star wars IX, Kylo uses his lightsaber perfectly, he's using it to project onto the ground his enemy to kill him after.
But great video otherwise
Yeah no
I would rather say the reason here is that Kylo Ren does not really cut the guy (or guys) with the main blade but he pierces him with one of the shorter blades (note that the other is pointing away from his body) and pushes him down with his hand holding the handle. I guess when they gave Kylo Ren such fancy lightsaber, they also wanted to put the shorter blades to some use from time to time.
that's a great point of view, it may be the reaon why@@michalkubecek

9:45 the “iconic Vader theme” first released in empire strikes back
I know others have mentioned these 2 items but I will again: Jedi starts with Vader on the shuttle, we see the shuttle for the first time, going to new Death Star & the Imperial March, Vader's theme, was introduced in Empire so it is not in the original
*Finally, we get to see Han Solo use the lightsaber for the first and last time*
rotj starts with vader landing on death star not palpatine
Actually Galen erso dies later in the film because they took him to help build the Death Star where he put a flaw and told Jyn in a hologram. He later dies after the platform he was on was destroyed
9:45this is the imperial march not the Vader theme while it is often thought to be Vader’s theme because that’s what plays whenever he’s there it is the theme for the empire. Just to clarify
You should rank every ending scene from every Star Wars movie
That’s da credits dum dum
The father doesn’t die at the beginning of Rogue One, he dies on Eadu
When you said 50k subs i thought you had 500k subscribers lol
I remember being in the theater watching The Force Awakens. After that first scene I was like “this is gonna be great.”
Don’t count your chickens before they hatch.
I unironically loved that this star wars video opened with Lord of the Rings music
I wanted to see the ROTS opening scene, but instead of looking it up directly I searched “best Star Wars opening,” and this video was the top result. Needless to say, the verdict did not disappoint.
4:10 THAT’S NOT THE OPENING SCENE FROM RETURN OF THE JEDI! I’M A BIG STAR WARS FAN AND I KNEW THAT! EMPEROR PALPATINE ARRIVES LATER IN THE MOVIE!
You really confused me with that bit about ROTJ, we know the opening scene is of Vader giving Moff Jerjerrod a hard time over the Death Star's slow progress. Maybe it plays out similarly to when the Emperor finally shows up himself, but we gotta be clear that it's the Moff Jerjerrod scene ROTJ opens up on, not the Emperor.
Its really strange but The force awakens openin scene is really good and cool. The best kylo ren scene ever.
Probably my favorite scene in the entire film
Even though this video is absolutely riddled with errors, the ranking is perfect, I said literally exactly the same in my head lol

Hold up, wait a minute. Something ain’t right.
Lord Vader we are honoured by your
You can dispense with the pleasuntries commander, I’m here to put you back on schedule.
Did you watch the movies? ROTJ doesn’t open with the Emperor and Imperial March doesn’t play in ANH.
Revenge of the sith opening is my favorite movie scene of all time. The music matches so well with whats going on, and everytime I see this scene I know how much I'm gonna enjoy this masterpiece of a movie.
Pls make the Bounty Hunter worst to best video.
Video proves this guy isn’t a hater just to hate. We have sequel openings better than some other films we love. Great video my man
The beginning of ANH is a cultural icon. You can't say that about any of the other films. Anyone on the street will know ANH. Most others won't have a clue about the rest.
Love the return of the king theme, I've always wanted someone to use it in a video
Episode 3 openning scene is the most nostalgic for me, because I was 13 years old when I got some stolen footage of Episode 3 from cinema on pirate DVD (and it was in time when DVD drives just started appearing in PCs and most of people still had just VHS players under TV), I think we saw that even before it actually arrived in cinemas, it was some weird DVD with play time showed down there, but anyway, that was my start into StarWars galaxy, so I really remember that scene and whole movie well. I think I saw original trilogy even before as a kid, but I don't remember that well, so for me, Episode III is what turned me into StarWars fan.
BTW: I still have that DVD somewhere, I think it didn't even have subbtitles and in that age, we knew just how to say cat and dog in English. 😀
very good.
3:03 I was disagreeing with you on some things you said, but that 'All Tomorrows' reference made me gain so much respect for you. Also AotC is one of my favourite Star Wars films.
you really shocked me with that attack of the clones statement
Hold hold it! Return of the Jedi starts with Darth Vader's arrival on the Death Star and he tells Moff Jerrjerrod Perhaps I can find new ways to motivate them. And Jerrjerrod says we shall double our efforts. Vader goes l hope so commander for your sake. The Emperor is not as forgiving as l am
The Imperial March is not in “Star Wars: A New Hope”. It first is established as Vader’s theme in “The Empire Strikes Back”. Adding that to the mistake the The Emperor is landing on the Death Star in ROTJ’s first scene, it was really Darth Vader’s landing on the Death Star, I wonder about the quality control of your videos.
2:08, he was using the point coming out the side of the hilt. there for, the handle was the thing picking him up of the ground.
4:31 he’s in ready player one
Hey Jedwerd, I made a Count Dooku song:
Anakin: I am here to fight, Count Dooku.
Dooku: hm...
Swing a lightsaber,
And lose it,
See a curved hilt,
Then you lose it,
You see, anakin,
I am not so rude,
Just see the corruption in the order,
You will not surpass with the skills,
Needed,
Neeeded,
Neeeeded,
...
...
Up, Up, Fight with me!
As,
I Strike!
Up, Up, Fight with me!
See you crash!
2nd verse (its fast):
Don't you see, Anakin,
You are a lost kin,
and maybe one day,
You will have made a sin.
Don't you see, Obi-Wan?
You lost your Padawan,
And now you will fall to me!
Up, Up, Fight with me!
With no lightning bolts!
Up, Up, Fight with me!
And meet your doom!
Final verse:
Yoda walks in...
Dooku: Ah, master yoda, Nice meeting you here.
Yoda: The dark side, I sense in you, Count Dooku.
Dooku: Well, let's get this over with.
Since when did I need a Fight,
I was already quite a fright,
Since I need to leave, (Bye, Bye!)
Maybe I will crush this Obi-Wan Guy!
You did make a mistake with explaining the opening to Rogue One. Only her mother is killed, her father is killed later on in the movie
In New Hope, Imperial March isn't present in the movie at all. Imperial March is a soundtrack that came from Empire Strikes Back.
Almost 56 now. Congrats!
In the empire strikes back the empire sent probes to thousands of planets not just hoth. and not all planets in the galaxy are in habitable zones so a lot of them dont need to be checked.
WAIT, YOU STRETCHED THE OPENING SCENE OF THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK! IT ENDS AT LUKE BEING DRAGGED!
ROTJ actually opened with Vader landing on the new Death Star with Moff Jerjerod greeting him
just wondering where you would put tcw movie?
As for return of the jedi it is vader 1st arriving on the 2nd to put the death star back on schedule. The emporer comes later. As vader says to the commander that the emporer is coming and he is most displeased with his lack of progress
I remember watching the new hope opening scene as a kid with my father and boy that got me interested in the movie
The Wampa scene in empire is mostly there because Mark's face got fucked up in a car crash between filming of Star Wars and Empire. He needed a reason to why Luke's face looks weird now.
The opening of phantom menace was like 20 seconds long when the king and the vicr king were in a ship
I LOVED ATTACK OF THE CLONES I JUST LOVED IT BECAUSE IT SHOCKED ME HOW FAST AND HIGH THAT LITTLE GREEN GOBLIN (Yoda) COULD JUMP AND MOVE.
Galend Erso doesn't die in the opening scene of rouge one
hey Jedwerd, you should do a video about the best outro scenes in star wars
the last jedi bombers also don't make sense because there ISNT GRAVITY IN SPACE
You should now rank every closing scene, they are the last scene before the credits play
You’ve gotta do top ten best ending scenes now…
