- In this video I'm sharing my first time experience getting colonic hydrotherapy at Vida Colonics Spa in New Castle, Delaware. If you've ever been curious about colonics or considered getting one yourself, this video will give you some info on the process, the benefits and what to expect during a colonic hydrotherapy session. Thanks for the video. I’ve been to Vida Colonics back in 2021. My experience mirrors yours. I only did it one time but I’m going to join their club and get one at least once a month.

Haha! I wouldn’t say it’s intense, but it’s definitely an experience. I learned a lot. I think you should consider it especially if you have any digestion-related issue!

Good question..I only did it one time but I feel the information I received during the experience was very helpful. I’m definitely glad I did it. And it’s something I would do again. They say that you experience more benefits when you do it regularly, but I can’t speak on that myself.
Where are they located? I live close to Phoenix or Las Vegas. Years ago they were in Chiropractors offices.
The one I went to is in Delaware. But I’m sure they have places in your area. I would do a Google search for colonic hydrotherapy near me and check the reviews!

I personally did not check my weight but it’s something I would be curious to do observe next time.
Did you experience any side effects?
I wouldn’t say I experienced any negative side effects. If I recall correctly I was a bit tired after. But my experience was pretty smooth overall.

What supplements were recommended for gas please
The practitioner I saw recommended a supplement called Mag 07. I haven’t tried it myself, so can’t comment on how effective it is. She also recommended eating slower, walking, and bouncing (on a trampoline or yoga ball) to help with gas. Not medical advice, be sure to consult your doctor!
You can also do your own at home…
Right, you can do an enema at home which is pretty similar. I’ve done both. But from my understanding a colonic does a deeper cleanse.
