      The difference between is as its mentioned Italians eat "lightly". Here in Turkey most people eat their breakfast like a full meal as they eat their lunch and dinner. That's why Turkey's obesity rate is over 30% and Italy's below 20%. Also an average Italian exercise a lot more than average Turks. But the key is diet. So we should take notes for our dietary program.

    I'm Turkish but I don't eat classic Turkish breakfast usually. This applies to me. I eat rice with a thing usually. This thing can be things like şalgam, tomato, cacık...
    Normally, we eat menemen or omlette or mıhlama (This is a Black Sea dish. I haven't eaten before but it looks delicious.) And we drink tea. (I hate tea.) And we eat jam, honey, kaymak (English trantslate say cream but I know, it's not cream exactly.) with bread. But it's very very long breakfast for me. Preparation, eating...
    So, I eat rice or yesterday's dinner. It's easier than classic Turkish breakfast.

      Lei as Lei=You, not lei as = she.
      Mangi - informal you eat
      Tu mangi (also ‘you eat’. Informal way to communicate with people with same age, with your friends, any kids....)
      Tu = you (informal singular)
      Voi = common plural you

    I eat eggs and tomato or a bagel with almond butter and strawberries; it just depends on what i feel like having that day. Sometimes i just go for some hash browns or some avocado if i'm not to hungry and always with something to drink like coffee, tea, or flavored water.

    Ciao Katie e Matteo.Sono stato in vacanza di recente a Napoli. Il mio mode preferito per iniziare la giornata era fare colazione in un bar. Caffè e cornetto con arancia marmellata in Piazza Carita. Cielo.

    Sou brasileira. No Brasil há uma fartura de frutas, mas também comemos pão com manteiga, café, leite, cereais. O Brasil é muito grande e cada região tem seus costumes in colazione.

    A colazione i peruviani mangiano qualcosa di diverse secondo la regione dove si vivono. Ma in generale mangiamo il pane con burro, uovo, marmellata e il latte o un succo di fruta.

    In primo luogo, la ringrazio molto per il video. Insegno italiano per circa sei mesi. Dopo il francese, non sembra difficile. Ho capito quasi tutto tranne alcune espressioni e nomi. Li ho guardati in sottotitoli in inglese. Dopo di che, non ci sono ancora domande. Un video molto utile per i principianti. Cerco di mangiare molto al mattino, dato che Ceno alle ore 3-4. Si tratta di porridge, carne, mela a volte zuppa. Bevo solo acqua al mattino. Vorrei trovare interlocutori in italiano. Parlo inglese, tedesco e francese. Ciao dalla Russia!

      Pavel Yudin ciao! Scusami se ti chiedo (sono italiana), per curiosità come mai ceni così “presto”? (Presto per standard italiani)

      @@aurora1134 Ciao Aurora! Vivo in Russia. Ceniamo in momenti diversi. Di solito Ceno molto tardi. Se hai domande o vuoi solo chattare, ho Viber, Skype e Whatsapp. Inglese, tedesco, francese e italiano principiante. Benvenuti.

      Uau, sei bravo parlando italiano, e non hai studio piú che sei mese!
      C'è un solo errore che vedo: dovrei scrivere "La ringrazio" con un L GRANDE, non piccolo come "la ringrazio". Per esempio diciamo "Lieta di conoscerLa," io credo. . . Anche "Non L'ho incontrato, non La conosco, Lei è molto bella", et cetera. Ma complimenti a tutto altro. (Sono Americana, stavo studiando italiano ogni tanto come hobby fino a 2011). :)

    ❤❤ Se il tuo video ha i sottotitoli sia in italiano che in inglese, sarà più facile da capire per le persone di altre lingue del mondo. Il video è facile da ascoltare, imparare e ricordare quando le parole vengono pronunciate lentamente. Chiedo di considerare la questione.
    Grazie mille. Yachin, Bangladesh.❤❤❤❤
