- Exploring an old abandoned badly vandalized farm house. The previous owners left nothing behind for clues. It appears a raccoon may be the only creature left living in here.

loved the baby stroller! i recall the way they were made with the spring attached to the wheel to kinda' offset the bumps and such....awwww reminds me of my babysitting days lol

My grandparents used to have similar shag green carpeting in their bedrooms at their house, until we went over and tore it all out. Underneath, the wood floor that was originally there was in perfect condition. Too 70's for me, thank you....
11:50 baby stroller/buggy is an adorable find! Even in that condition (back of seat missing) bring a nice price! Impressive!
At 7:34 I couldn't help thinking "WILSON!!!" The hand-print reminded me of the movie Castaway.
Thanks for posting all your abandoned house videos. Many years ago I liked to snoop thru abandoned houses too. (and a couple still had people inside. Needless to say I had a bit of trouble. But through youtube films I can live vicariously while you take all the risk! And you know even with a face mask on, you look babe-a-licious in your Dangerous Dentist video

TikiTrex, I like how you do the audio, giving comments etc., and take your time panning from one scene to another. Yours are the best I have seen on youtube. I appreciate, also, how you don't try to hype it up and make it "scary;" you just let it be what it is, interesting.

For sure a reno that went south. Such a shame that someone tried to save the place & something happened. For the most part, I noticed that someone had removed all the top corner squares of the doors and window frames except for a couple...must have been nice corner moldings.
You, by far, are the most "balsy" explorer I've seen on CZcams but, I still get tingles up my back thinking you'll hurt yourself...then think, Oh ya, she posted the vid so, she made it. Cheers..stay safe!
Another fab find Tiki. Every time I watch yr videos I cant believe how brave you are doing this alone. I love the jack Nicolson part. It always goes through my mind when I watch these forgotten houses, who live there, what happened to them. I try and picture what the house would have looked like when it was lived in, this all fascinates me. The pram in the basement looked like one I had as a baby. Sad seeing these homes in this condition. When they use to be alive with a family, kids running around, filled with love.
Oh my goodness! The wall pumpkin wall paper. I had that exact same wall paper on my bedroom walls when I was a little girl. I use to stare at it forever looking all the different characters on it. LOL!!!

It's the sound of a creeky door or old window shutter. You can hear the sounds of the hinges just before the voice sound comes into play, the voice sound itself is the hinges transferring weight of the door/shutter as it closes. After that, you can hear the abrupt whap of the door closing or the shutter hitting the side of the house.
I've had a lot of things like this happed while being in old houses, I've had a few creeky doors and loose shutters spook me before. ;) They do sound like voices.

same thing happened to me months ago. ive never been the same. most of my weekend mornings are dedicated to looking for and enjoying, tiki's explorations. i too..would paint everything plaid if i could. Enjoy!

I wasn't sure if you ever looked at an abandon house on hwy 10 towards shelbourne there's a for sale sign on it but it's been like that for years
I was watching this one and wondered why it looked so familiar. Then I realized I've seen it before because the SmashTVCanada people went through it. Of course, they went through it when the basement was flooded. So thank you for the non-flooded basement tour.

It appears this house has been abandoned for a very long time, which is weird because although the house itself is old, the basement walls are poured concrete. This would indicate the foundation was rebuilt or this house had been moved onto a new one.

i love the kitchen cupboard layout... even without the cabinet doors.
Too bad the wood cover was missing from the stereo cabinet. I have my parents from late 1950's, early 60's - still in excellent condition.
First, I really think the houses in Canada have some nice (Victorian?) character with the gables, porches, etc. I've noticed a lot of the upper floor rooms seem to have slanted walls on one or both sides. I find that very interesting.

It’s been empty for a very very long time. I drive down this road all the time and I don’t notice it anymore so I’m assuming it’s been demolished.
Looks like early 1900s, judging from the woodwork. That awful 1970s decorating! I also heard panting in the background. Tiki, do you take your dog with you when you explore? I take mine if the floors are sturdy.
I used to take him in some of my earlier videos when I went on longer road trips, but not so much anymore.
