I had the pleasure in taking a look at these in person still in the crates at AlgaeBarn and helped set up the 600 and move an 1800. It is an absolutely amazing tank. The metal stand with glass doors are high quality making it a truly long lasting set up. No more salt creep damage on wood leading to other nightmares!

Wow wow wow wow wow!!!! When your new tank comes in a wooden box, not cardboard, that’s when you know it’s the best of the best.

Wow that tank looks awesome. I just fell in love with the 1500 on algae barns site. The thought that went into the design is just awesome.
They sure know how to crate and awesome no assembly needed for the stand! Wow
That is definitely a very popular feature of this system. Providing the cabinet assembled just makes sense. As aquarists ourselves there is nothing more annoying than having to build a flat packed cabinet. We really wanted to make the process as simplistic as possible to reduce the burden on our customers. It also allows us to get very creative with how we design the systems. It takes us on average 30 min to unbox and completely setup a PRS2. Super simple :)
The nicest AIO tank I have seen Jake. They put the time in the design even down to the smallest detail. Very nice 👍

Got my Cade PR1500 yesterday from Gallery Aquatica very exciting!, such a beautiful setup !
So glad these are making it to the US. Having the stand made is super clutch with the built in power station. I saw gallery aquatica put one of these together. Definitely on my wish list!
Not to mention the built in gravity fed ATO, screen lid, included plumbing, and a super nice white bottom to have that sand feel because I know it will be bare bottom.

I watch all my videos in double speed, I love it. But the intros for your videos are always so cool and have great music so I watch the intro in normal speed then the rest in double speed 😂

I would definitely consider this tank over Red Seas..
I just upgraded from a reefer 250 to a CADE pro reef 2 1200 and I can not recommend these enough. Head and shoulders above Red Sea.

First of all, THIS WAS A FANTASTIC OVERVIEW OF THIS PRODUCT. You did a phenomenal job, and I wasn't annoyed once watching this, which is a big compliment, haha. I made it to about 11:22 before saying, “shut and take my money, ” hopped over to AlgaeBarn, and put in my order. I was on the fence between WaterBox and the Red Sea before I came across this brand. Cade won it for me. Although, I do prefer the oak color stand and a larger sump from WaterBox, and Red Sea’s E-260 has a better drain and return design, IMHO. This is an excellent meeting in the middle and is a fantastic offering.

Ordered an1800 from AlgaeBarn and they are great, corresponded with Adam From Cade and he is responsive ands helpful. Decided to delay delivery while my rock is priming, but after watching this opening, i simply can’t wait!

This can be only a almost Aussie Tank.
Only if Cam the fish guy (Galleria Aquatica) do a maintenance video, this tank will maybe a proofed Aussie tank :-D
By the way, even if it necessary or not, you have to install a chiller. No chiller, no real Aussie tank :-D
maybe I'll put a chiller next to it but just won't hook it up
Without a chiller it's a temperate aussie reef build from anywhere south of Sydney haha.

Really nice video and I feel like Cade is probably the one I want to upgrade to. So what do you guys think comparing to Waterbox/RedSea? I like the metal frames and predrilled holes, power management etc.!

How does the subsurface drain work? If the return pump stops, I gather the sump will NOT overflow? Thx
They are very good tanks and you never have to worry about the stand getting wet. Only two things they can improve. First is the gate valve, it’s bad quality and will need to be replaced after 6 months. Second is the plastic door hinges, they will break if you put too much pressure on the doors
Haven’t you seen the new industry leading Sanking gate valve we’re using? 😀

Love the tank with Plants there in the background. That Cade tank looks really pricey, though could be worth it. Looking forward to the follow up. Btw, I hate unboxing (just skipped that part). Such a waste of time watching someone open a box, LOL. I still love your videos though.

I just placed an order at Algae Barn for the same tank. Jake, when are you going to update us on your build? I'm thinking about making mine an Aussie tank also. I love the Aussie corals and have been buying mine from Austin Aqua Farms. I highly recommend them. Also want to hear your opinion about the Illumagic Blaze X lights. The reviews on You Tube haven't been very complimentary.

Wonder how these compare to red sea reefer?
the glass construction is comparable but everything below the tank is a completely different animal.
my silicone is failing on my red sea reefer, 1 year out of warranty and they would not replace, so I am replacing it with a cade.
@Marc Mrz we will see lol havnt seen any failures with cades yet unless they are deleting posts like red sea
I would go with waterbox instead
@@foxchase725 I did check out waterbox which is a very similar setup to redsea reefer but wb has a stronger stand, less failures and better customer service, also checked out innovative marine but wanted to try cade.

The aluminum stand is heavier than the regular wooden frame?
no way, solid wood and MDF wood is super heavy
They're lightweight and super super strong :) Actually it's so strong we recently used this frame work on a custom 3600 x 1200 x 450cm (H) Peninsula coral display tank for a Sydney dealer.
