Helpful video. When you discuss the mileage radius, you said the concierge might include the first 10 miles of the trip but charge for the additional 20 miles. Would you not charge for the return trip?
Secondly, you mentioned the concierge would charge for those extra miles based on what the government is paying (I'm assuming for mileage deduction on business use of a vehicle). That seems to imply a formula of some sort. So, specifically, are we talking 2x 3x 4x or some other multiplier or equation? Thanks.
the standard in the industry has been "inclusive of 10 miles" . There are a dozen other factors you could consider. And there's no one size fits all - it's your business - you get to decide.
My only recommendation is to choose something that you'll stick with and be sure to track properly. And consider this process especially if you have team that will need t track based on these same standards you set.
