Thanks for the video. I’m wondering about how to pitch this service to people such as my guests at my bnbs ?
I would be offering any services as an option extra when they book, and also in any confirmation emails you send. I would then also provide information inside the airbnbs so they know they can call on the services at any time. If you know someone is coming for a special occasion, arriving late, coming from overseas, or anything slightly unusual, I am sure they would appreciate possibly a fully stocked fridge or errand running or similar. I also know a lot of personal concierges offer gift baskets and arrival packs to airbnbs.
Can you share a templete of the timesheet You use to track time in your business please?

If we were to find a contractor for a client, how would we charge for that? Do we add a percent to that contractor’s invoice- such as a finders fee? Or just charge an hourly rate no matter what?
There are different ways but we generally add a percentage on top and just invoice that total amount to the customer.
@@abbieallen whats a reasonable percentage you add on top ? 10 percent ? thanks!
Hi Abbie!
How do your clients pay for their items (i.g. dry cleaning cost, grocery cost, flower pick up etc.)
I know that they can call and pay for this ahead of time and then just have you to pick it up, however, what if they do not pre pay and you have to pay for the item(s) upon arrival?
What is thee best way to set up a payment arrangement so that you never have to pay for your client's items out of your own pocket?
Hi Neicka! Our clients transfer money into our account and keep dollars in credit for client purchases. For larger purchases we get them to pay ahead or have the store/service ring the client to pay over the phone.
@@abbieallen so if the cost of an item caused their banked hours ($) to come close to or exceed their limit do you ask them to buy another block before you proceed with the request?
Hey! How much do you charge hourly?
Hi Joanna, it varies and really depends on the business and the location you operate. As a starting point, I recommend researching the hourly rate of local cleaners and then ensuring you at least charge more. Inside the Concierge Secret Society Membership I have a pricing training which helps you set the minimum hourly rate you need to charge for your own personal goals.
@@abbieallen I just found your channel. And I am getting so excited
