Thank you so much. I have been facing the clutch cable breakage issue since I purchased Machismo 500. Except for this issue, the bike is top-notch even after 12 years. However, because of getting stuck on account of clutch cable breakage, I was always hesitant to make long rides. This video has boosted my confidence a lot and feels that I should be able to handle the breakdown of my own without getting stuck.

Chinmay sir, Please make video on installing and adjustment of both (manual) Decompressor cable and decompressor lever (at tappets) on Machismo 500 . My mechanic had removed it many years ago. And now since i also got my self start removed.. decompressor is very much required for Kickstart 🙂. Thank you in advance.
Hey Chinmay,i have adjusted the clutch as you told in your video but still the bike is dragging in higher rpms. What can be the problem? And weather that thumb gap has to be there when we adjust the adjuster from both gearbox side and clutch adjuster?

SIR MERI GAADI KA RPM HIGH RAHTA HAI SPEED PURA NAHI LE PAATI CLUTCH ROD KI SETTINGS K KAARAN TO NAHI HOGA. 60 KI SPEED K BAAD KAFI LATE ME SPEED LETI HAI RPM BADHATA HAI LEKIN SPEED NAHI LE PAATI HAI. CAN I TRY THIS CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT
I have same bullet but i see a issue when i accelerate my bike start moving even i hold full clutch in my hand i don't know why and it make gear shifting quiet difficult

why dont you remove the cover of the box??
That's possible only when you have to change the gear box oil.... On the road you can't do it since you need packi g and new gear box oil but if in the workshop then only if we need to change fluid and packing. Also in this gear box they have given provision of fitting so no need to remove cover. Thanks

Why do u want to covert in 4 speed ???? I think 5 speed is better
