Power Acoustik troubleshoot

I installed this radio in my commuter car as well as one in my truck a couple of years ago. The one in the car stopped working about a year ago, I figured that it was just shorted out. It would turn on and then 10 seconds later it would shut off over and over again. I was about ready to throw it in the trash, when today I was working on my Dodge truck, cleaning all 4 of the the battery posts and so I had to set up the radio again, except it started doing the power cycle just like the one in the car. Well to make a long story even longer, I ended up here on the first video in the search and what he what?!!!! I had no idea there was even a reset! Now both radios are working again. You rock!!!

I got this radio and I installed on my 03 sierra, I got the plug to go into my harness and wired all the wires up, except the f cam, amp control, and rear camera control. I cannot get the radio to power on. Radio will get warm after a little bit and have power to the radio. Any help is appreciated.

You most likely wired it wrong. Unplug everything and do it again. You also need to run the power wire (sometimes red) to your fuse box and wrap it around the radio fuse. Then plug it in

How did you wire yours to cut off? Same truck and it doesn’t cut off. Right wires

I would say it is not wired correctly or if you have a system, check the wire connected to your fuse panel. Sometimes if the wire is on the wrong side, it won’t turn off.

Mind my same stereo isn’t even turning on. I made sure all the wires were good and it still won’t. Please help

Disconnect your battery and reconnect it. Then check your radio fuse. Most likely the fuse is blown.

Can you show me when you turn on your car ? Just Vol bar doesn’t work ?

For me, I wasn’t able to get any volume with Bluetooth the aux cord. The volume bar wouldn’t even show. Turned out to be an internal issue and rebooting the system worked. I hope you solve your issue.
