I had my ACL surgery in November, I completely tore it. And Im in 8th Grade.. Yesterday I was playing a regular game of touch Football and I messed up my knee again. Or atleast I think so. I wanted to kill myself. But realizing that I just ignored my Therapy and didn't do anything about it, and that ignorance got me screwed up again. If I re tore my ACL, I promise that I will not make the same mistakes as I did before. If Adrian can come back after a MCL and ACL tear then I can get back up to.

From an athlete's perspective sleep is actually very valuable. You can't go through AP's workouts without sleeping hard
