Im 13, 5'9 and my wingspan is 5'8. Everyday I train and grind, and I believe that there is a possible that I could one day make it to the Nba. I'm beyond motivated and have the stamina to run for hours. I've never been so determined for something in my life like basketball, and I will train as hard as possible, actually no. I will train harder than possible and I won't stop until I reach my goal.

I think when he says sleep he doesn't literally mean sleep. I feel like he means to stop. Obviously sleep is very important for an athlete. If you don't sleep you won't succeed. So when he says sleep he is essentially saying to stop.
Joseph Young nah he means don't sleep till you have done everything you possibly can and that you only sleep what you need don't relax don't chill out just work all the time
He means sleep but he means more like: don’t sleep in. So many people say they want to be a top athlete and they will do whatever it takes - 6:30am workout every day. And then on the second morning, they sleep in! Like he says, they don’t want it - they just kinda want it.
I first watched this video during high school when i played football. That was like 7 years ago. Now as and adult it still helps me focus on my path. So for that i thank you for making this video.
From this point on I’ll be the best father and man I could be and push myself and defeat every obstacle in my way.

I live with depression. I struggle every day just to get out of bed. But I do it. Why? Because I want to succeed and PROVE to people (and myself) that ANYONE can do it. Doesn’t matter what race you are, what religion you are, or what gender you are. You don’t have to be the world’s greatest at whatever, just put your heart into it. Put the effort in to succeed and I PROMISE you’ll see the results. It’s like the video says, “When you feel like you’ve given all you’ve got you gotta take ONE MORE STEP” it’s true. And that one more step is 100% worth it
