It can actually ruin an establishment. They could be a hole in the wall serving 200 per day, now has 9,000 people wanting to visit, giving poor reviews for wait times, being out of food, etc. It was extremely respectful of Bill. I'd bet they spoke afterwards about whether or not the business could handle a shout-out. Bill seems like the kind of guy to be happy to help you so better in life.

Dave doesn’t do podcasts or CZcams interviews. He’ll go on Conan or Fallon every once in a while but he doesn’t do long form interviews at all

The pain the sauces bring is pretty entertaining but I like that every person they interview is way more relaxed because the questions are so good That team really does their research and the guests' answers don't seem rehearsed and robotic.
