Sean is such a good host & interviewer. The number of times I hear celebrities - who are essentially professional interviewees in this context - say “That’s a good question” is impressive. Sean is such a pro and the Hot Ones writers are top tier.
I totally agree. I haven’t watched a single video yet where the person being interviewed that wasn’t impressed by the amazing questions being asked. This show is beyond its time.
The celebrities say that as a stall tactic while they rummage their hot sauce enflamed brains for an answer.

Can we appreciate that shaun is probably the best interviewer in a loooooong time. He's not some corny late night host. He does alot of research and it makes the interview entertaining but also insightful to these people's lives are 10/10

Oh, Hot Wings team. Free advice. Want juicy wings, even after sitting for a long time? Brine. Here is my recipe.
1 gallon water
1/3 cup salt
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp celery seeds
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 tsp brown sugar
Place chicken in this overnight, then before cooking, rinse thoroughly, and then season with your favorite chicken seasoning.
Cook to 165 deg internal. End with your hot sauce of choice. Most juicy, delicious wings you have ever had. Even cold.

I don't think I've ever seen a Will Ferrell Interview. Although I have enjoyed many of his characters, skits, and movies, I never would have considered myself a Will Ferrell fan until I watched this interview. This was outstanding.

One of the coolest things about this show is the questions that are asked. They bring out the real person in the guests. The mainstream interview shows always seem a very censored in nature.
Mixed with mind altering hot wings, it's a cool show.
Seeing Will Ferrell give a straight, serious interview is like stepping into The Twilight Zone.
