Love the boots Helen my favourite colour sat watching you instead of packing for a wedding aww I lost my mum 22 yrs ago she was 67 to cancer we were so very close my friends always joked saying they forgot to cut the umbilical cord between us not a day goes by where I don’t think of her I love watching you & your mum it’s a nice comfort to enjoy someone else enjoy each other such a bond enjoy every minute with her have a lovely weekend

Omg Helen, it’s like spending time and chatting with a good friend, never stop!!!! Your hair cut is lovely. My favourite piece today was the red/ pink dress, with the jacket and boots. Looked super comfortable and stylish. The boots are gorgeous and my favourite colour. Love them! Hope your mum remained healthy. I’m a subscriber from Canada and visited Bristol/ Bath twice. If your COVID tests are quite old I think the liquid dries up, at least that’s what happened to my tests. I got some new tests on Amazon which were fine.

Thanks for this Helen. I feel like we are having a chat when you are talking lol. I shed a tear when you mentioned your mum, I used to say " I don't know how I will cope " , sadly my mum passed 2 months ago and it is harder than I ever imagined ❤
Bless you dear, it is OK that it is hard. as time goes on the grief will not be less, just less often. i think mother/daughter relationships are so complicated, it can't help but influence our lives....

Seasalt is sold in this lovely old shop in a town in the west of Ireland, probably loads of places but this store is where I buy it, such good quality, dateless pieces I take out year after year so thank you for doing this video. I liked the second dress and the red one with the cool jacket. You look fab.. Go girl 😘😘😘

Love those boots. The dress with the stupid ties was my favourite on you but I would also be snipping those off. Seasalt is pricey but lasts forever and their designs are timeless.
My Mum died at the end of May this year. Thankfully I got over to the uk in time to spend the last week with her in the hospice, playing her favourite songs, chatting to her about our memories and seeing her over to the other side. Precious moments. My Dad died 15 years ago so I'm now parentless which is very strange, I feel quite lost and rootless. Enjoy every minute with your Mum.
Ah, I'm sorry for your loss. Yes, I have adult friends who describe themselves as orphans. Not looking forward to it. xx

Here in the US (Connecticut), we are just beginning to see government-paid for test kits become available again through our post office. The updated vaccinations became available this past week, so that was a bonus as well. People are all over the map with degrees of caution and exposure levels they are comfortable with during this tick up in positive cases and hospitalizations. No matter our positions on the threat level posed, thinking many are just so tired, but know we need to trudge ahead with the well-worn grooves of routines past - whatever they may be.

😆Btw to hear you talk about your mum is so touching and it cannot fail to stir up memories.I lost my mum when she was 93yrs and she would’ve been 108yrs last week.
Anyway back to the haul…… I liked dress no.2&3 because the shape was great on you and I loved the print of the pink&red dress but not the shape.It’s a cool look when you wear a jacket with these very on trend winter prints.I’m gonna look for a more affordable one for myself and try and create the same look.I’m so not a dress person but will try and go for a new look.
Oh and like your other subscribers have mentioned,I had to throw boxes of Covid tests away as the liquid had pretty much evaporated.

I bought the red dress Mary Jo after seeing it on you, I've worn it today for the first time. I like their shapes to their dresses and the prints are lovely. I ordered a dress the same in purple flowers today in tall as it's midi but I wanted that longer length. I wish duo boots weren't so expensive xx

Evening Helen , hope your family members recover from the Covid virus that has struck . Do really hope that your Mum remains free of being effected by it 🙏🙏 she is to be treasured . As you said , the elderly , children & a lot of people with under pinned health problems are still very vunerable to the virus , despite vaccines.
Lovely haul . All of the dresses really suited you and I guess it will be a good quality range as it is a higher price . The boots look beautiful and such a lovely choice to be able to buy them if you have big legs/calves as normal boots never fit around ! That's why I have never had boots that fit around the calf and knee ! All investments pieces I guess , as they would be classic and never date xx
