I liked the pearl sweater at first glance, but now I can't unsee the smallpox!!!! 🤣 I totally agree about the sleeves - they would drive me crazy! I think the black one would be great with slim pants. I saw something recently that said you should wear more fitted bottoms with blousier tops, and more fitted tops with fuller bottoms, and I do agree with that. Hi Helen, love your content. Re getting things over your head when wearing make up, use a silky large square scarf, drape it over your head and face and pull the top over the lot. No make up on your top, just maybe on the scarf. They used to do this to protect beehives (hairdos) too back in the day 😊

I too have a pug- a handmade ceramic one which always takes prize position on the tree as we actually have a pug who we adore. I used to buy loads from Wallis instore when they were part of Arcadia and we had a section in our local Outfit store ( I really miss it since they closed) …….now though since they are only part of Debenhams, I have noticed that there is much less variety! I also want to say how much you inspired me to do the Xmas prep. I done the gravy, pigs in blankets and stuffing all ready to take to my sons house as I go there for Xmas lunch and our Stacey can't make gravy and I sure as he'll wasn't going to have bisto gravy granules on my Xmas lunch. So it's a joint effort this year. At least I've contributed a bit. Merry Christmas to you and your lovely family.
