I always said it, lows are the real meta
This is the missing link from those 2 videos. They just say go low, do throws. Some players are new. They don't understand that they mean you need to incorporate more lows into your mixup game
I dont do lows that much because yoshi unlocks the forbidden art of spin to win, 5 lows to indian stance pretty much shuts peoples brains off for some reason.(the emotional damage is real)
The fact no one ever mentions yoshi can go straight to indian stance from low spins is kinda criminal.

Yes, a lot of people do. I'm a King main, and a ton of people complain about the throw breaks (less now that the counterhit window has been made 14f), the tracking on the throws, the damage... I read those complaints all the time.
I don’t, but Victor’s in particular for some reason have the frame speed to be unreactable. Otherwise, saying throws are broken means you don’t want to learn to break them
As a king main I wouldn’t say broken, in tk7 they were practically useless, in tk8 you have a 20f window to break throws, if you practice throw breaks you can easily break them, it’s extremely lenient

Low parry in low ranks is an accident 100% of the time

That's why you change the timing
It's still a strategy game when using lows - it's about STRATEGY when using lows. You NEED a launching low, to force people to duck. Throws don't consistently work, especially at higher levels where people break them. It's why I WANT Lars's d/b +4 low to be launch punishable - it encourages greedy players to try to low-block it. I can use it AGAINST THEM. The better Tekken players are strategic, with a touch of psychopathy, lol.
It's how I like to play. I'm a sicko.....
