Awesome find! I had a Glastron Bass Boat in the late 70's, well built boats! Mine was a 17' Deep Vhull with a 200hp Evinrude, a real flier...lol 😂😅 A little Brandon magic will go a long way here. Love what you're doing 😊
I remember those boats when I was a kid. Glastron had some cool metalflake deck colors every kid dreamed of having. My first boat was a pallet stuffed with styrofoam. We were lucky to have shoes. Dude, get rid of that clamp on hitch contraption, they are junk. Just drill a hole in your cutting edge the exact size of a 7/8 ball with a shank that screws into the ball. You can still move trailers with a 2" ball with the 7/8 but not the other way around. Had one of those things, pain in the ass.
You can put a porta pottie in that little front spot. We have just used a towel over the lap to cover up.

Back in the late 1960’s - We had a Gladstone Tri-hull with a Mercruiser Inboard. Skied, fished, and Scuba Dived off of that boat well into the late 80’s. It was a great platform. Sold ours long ago.
Funny to hear something is “vintage” from the 1980’s… I guess that makes me an antique! I was born in 1950! Best of luck getting that boat into pristine condition! My dad collected/restored antique cars. My brothers still have a couple of his restorations. A 1929 Chevy flatbed truck with removable stakes. And a 1953 Buick Super Riviera. My dad was partial to Studebakers.

Sweet boat. I can see the potential. I have a brother that can get it run. He been a mechanic for 40+ years. If he see that boat, his eyes would be as big as a dinner plates. Lol. im not the best mechanic BUT I WPULD NEVER TURN OVER A MOTOR THAT WAS SITING THAT LONG WITHOUT CLEAN N THE ENTIRE MOTOR OUT INC OIL CHANGE .... U JUST DID MORE HARM THAN GOOD
