- Finally got back down underneath Wales with @shonkytours2039 to see some more amazing sights, make sure you check out his channel as he has some excellent videos of underneath Wales and see's things a lot of eyes haven't for many years if at all.
Madness to think men carved out these tunnels and caverns, the videos don't do the size and depth of these places justice it's something you have to see yourself one day to realise just how big they are. - Zábava

Yeah we drove through the gold belt twice on our day out, that river that runs through it must have loads of gold in it surely? 💙💙
@@NorthernMonkeys you need to head towards Dolgellua on the A487. That's where the current gold mine is. Research Alba mineral resources. I will send a link.
Also that opening B road you filmed from the car is an area I want to check out. That gorge below had a trial adit somewhere for a gold prospect back in the old days.
Also on the way in on the A4212 near the Cym Prysor viaduct there were adits for gold mines.

Slate mines are epic, even more so than salt mines.
Slate mines are unreal, there’s one in the Lake District which is huge caverns hundreds of feet deep. There multiple entrances, yet it’s covered in hikers all summer and none of them have any idea what lies beneath them. It’s fascinating.
I love the channel and totally get you passion for exploring what’s local to you. But there’s so much content out there for yous with a bit of travelling.

We plan on doing a lot more out of town stuff too as were just as passionate about all history not just our own, thank you for watching
