I had been using it for the past two years until recently. The 4G one. It got updated to Android 11 last month (April) and then there were some issues for an otherwise a great performing device. The gallery reloading and higher battery drain were two main issues I noticed after the update. However, I sold it a couple of weeks back for 50% of the original price after using it for two years. It had been a great device for all this while though only slightly let down by its camera system.

I love this phone. I usually change phone after 12-15 months but I'm still rockin this phone phone after 26ish months. Battery life is still pretty good but I forced the phone to run 90hz for everything. Thinking of installing Lineage OS but worried I wouldn't be able to install some of my apps I need for work.

I don't find him honest on the quality of the camera. I spent hours and hours back then watching camera comparisons between Iphone, Samsung 10, Pixel 3 and Huawei P30 pro. They all had pros and cons and the OP7pro was not that good at night but with its day poctires and the 2 other objectives it was as good as the others. And since the last gcam updates it explodes any phone from that year and even competes with actual flagships, ultras aside of course.

But in daylight the 7T shoots really nice pictures! and all the rest is just great! Although the smartphone was released at the end of 2019, it already has a 90Hz display. Apple users can still dream of this today!

Used the Oneplus 7 Pro until last month, bought it at launch and it still worked as smoothly as a brand new phone 2 years later even after filling up 90% internal storage. Upgraded to Oneplus 9 Pro now and kinda regretting it,cameras are better but this phone overheats so much thus performs worse than the 2 year old 7 Pro because it starts throttling as soon as you start doing some heavy task like playing graphics intensive games. Although I still have my old 7 Pro around (gave it to my mom after getting its battery replaced,so its brand new now) so I still get to use and appreciate the beautiful phone sometimes.

Yeah I bought one at launch just to try something other than a Pixel and the only complaint I have is how long it took for them to push Android 11. The front camera mechanism has always worked perfectly. I've had the silicone case it came with on it since I bought it and even that's great. I can't tell you how many times I've dropped my phone and/or gotten it wet or even soaked. Still works as good as it did back then. This is the first I don't upgrade my phone the next year. I'm still rocking it and I'm perfectly happy with it. I probably will upgrade to the Pixel 6 though if it's as cool as they're hyping up.

The previous update completely ruined mine ( t-mobile variant) kept having to force reset because after it would lock the screen wouldn't turn back and became unresponsive, 2 days after that update and with it still with the issue, it ended up deleting all my data by factory reseting itself and the problem still persists! :/

For who are interested in this phone, can install Gcam and your worry about bad photography will be gone. For myself have been using Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 6P, Pixel 2XL was impressed with the camera performance when OP7Pro snap photo using Gcam and last year I've turned from loyal Nexus/Pixel user to Oneplus 8 Pro(previously I didn't really like Oneplus before).
