Thank you Mr. Gray! My wife and myself have filed our FIFTH I-130 (yes, you heard that right - We’ve been married close to 25 years!!!).
The last time a NOID was issued, since my first wife FALSELY accused me of threatening her and her kids etc., which was construed by USCIS as “marriage fraud”. We submitted a very detailed 20-page response with around 30 exhibits (private investigator results, and a boat load of other documents “proving” that first marriage, as the BIA had suggested).
In fact, our response was very similar to what you’ve said in this and your other video. We had quoted Ching vs. Mayorkas in that brief, but you brought to our attention, even more cases, in that other video of yours!
In this video and the other one you are literally saying what we were thinking!! We are expecting to get a NOID again, and I would love to retain you at some point if and when that happens!!
Even though we have an attorney, my wife and me don’t allow him to respond. I do my own research and prepare the brief, since we know our story the best. I just ask him to check for legal errors and such, before submitting it.
The last denial was because I left the country on an expired advance parole. The case was considered “abandoned”. The San Francisco field office called us for a _“final interview to complete the case”_ after the REBUTTAL to the NOID was submitted, but unfortunately I was no longer in the country.

When do you ask for supervisory review? We asked for one from the embassy before they said they were sending our case back to USCIS

Whats the timeline for processing a NOIR/NOID timeline after DOS sends case back to USCIS after a refusal
@sheniq, you are a GN Sub...so I am going to try hard to understand and answer your question. Usually when department of state(DOS) sends a case back to USCIS after refusal for a Notice of intent to revoke(NOIR), there is no time frame and in my experience it can take years. You need to be proactive and bug USCIS!

Hello Mr. Humberto, please how do I get to use your service? Im a US citizen and I filed for my spouse (both I-130/I-129F/K3) in June 17th, 2022 without a lawyer. She is pregnant and I want my baby to be born here. Since I already file without a lawyer, can I now use a lawyer for faster respond from USCIS?
