Furthermore,she is seeing someone else and she is not divorced, and she left her husband pretty early in the marriage!! I dont get the impression she really cared for the guy, she didn’t highlight any good things about the relationship to convince the officer it was somewhat real and then it dissolved. especially because, the benefit was one of the reasons she got married. I really don’t think she convinced the officer the marriage was entered in good faith. I think her case is weak. She needs a lawyer.

Why are most all of the Embassies closed and not resuming normal operations, if almost the entire world is reopened and working ? Is there any answers from them as to why they are still closed ?

I really don't know who to complain and blame?? My wife already had interivewed at U.S Consulate six months ago and the Counsellor took her passport & all required documents.Then U.S Embassy Visas Services are closed due to the Country Pandemic situation.Then her medical certificate was expired. The Embassy instructed her to retake new medical exam in order to provide her immigrant visa but the hospital was closed too that time.When the hospital are reopend she took new medical exam again and waited for two more months to get the Phlegm result.After two months,when she get her renewed medical certificate which is only valid for three months and contacted to the Embassy to resubmit the document and they replied Visas Services are still closed.So thats mean my wife has to take new and third medical certificate again unless the Embassy let her submit just the renewed ceritificate before expiring again.Each & Everytime she was charged almost $600 total for Medical Test and have to wait two months to get the result.Just her bad luck & fate 😟I really have no idea what to do Mr.GN😭my wife told me she really want to give up.
Hey Henry, the GN is that things are opening back up. Don't give up, but be proactive and email the Consulate once a week until your wife gets the visa!!

No, they will interview you separate for one or another. However, what I find is that if you go in for your N 400, this makes them pull your I 751 and adjudicate it!

In the interview she stated that she probably wouldn’t have married her ex if she was not able to get the green card. Isn’t that fraud? Wouldn’t uscis look at that as a red flag?
Roland Roland let me rephrase. My understanding is that-She knew he was not a suitable partner, but she married him anyways because she would get a benefit -which is the green card. Isn’t that fraud? Unless i interpret the dialogue incorrectly.

The law states, you can marry for the green card as long as the green card is not the ONLY reason. In the video, she states she loved him! The question is will the officer believe her. Certainly it will be hard to prove fraud.
