Hi sir I got my ten year GC in Feb 2022 but in may 2022 I got one letter from uscis intent to deny why they send me letter ??
Interesting, I didn't know what it possible to withdraw the case and file the new one. Just wondering if it works for all types of cases? Like asylum, etc.
Hi Space, that's a good question! If you'd like to ask Jim your question we offer a free live show on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It normally starts at 12pm CST. Here is the link to tomorrow's live show if you'd like to join: streamyard.com/26fg5ba9eg
Hacking Immigration Law, LLC thank you
@@HackingImmigrationLawLLC hi sir , do you have an office in New York?
Jim, what kind of evidence should the couple file when they live in separate countries? Such as when doing the consular process. Thanks!
Hi Martha, this link from USCIS may be helpful! It is a checklist for the I-130 petition: www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/checklists/I-130_Petition_Checklist.pdf
This happens if you file without lawyer
We definitely always recommend having an attorney just to make sure things go smoothly.
How about to make a video to overcome a NOIR
We will add it to our list!
Is your case get back to uscis?
Thank you for information
You are most welcome. Jim
