If you are using the cab models from the Helix, I would just rune the Powercab flat. If you intend to use the Powercab's speaker sims, it might work best to remove or turn off the cab sims on the Helix and choose your speaker sim on the Powercab. I did a video on this a little while ago which you may find helpful.

I use a helix LT and recently picked up power cab plus. When using your preset should I have the power cab set at Flat?
